Hi,
My name is David Abuga. I was born and brought up in the family of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Abuga. I was given birth to in Ola Hospital akwanga, Nasarawa State. My dad is a Police officer serving our dear country Nigeria. I only see him once a year because he is posted very far from us so I grew up basically in the family house with my mother and brother where my uncle was the head of the family. We didn't get much support from him and since my mother doesn't do anything to earn a living at that time, it became more difficult.
As time goes on my mother called my dad's attention so they could find a way to support the family better and send us to school. My dad agreed but the money wasn't still enough to take care of every need at home.
I'm worried but I can't do anything about it However, my mother still had patience with my father because he's trying on his path.
As the first born of the family, I don't like seeing my mother and my little brother in the condition they are right now, so I keep praying to God that one day it will be better. I started going to Jekre Amma Global Academy. My mother keeps fighting to support us and it wasn't easy for her seriously.
My Dad finally came home for the second time and my younger brother keeps looking at him like a stranger because it's been so long we saw him, he didn't know him thinking he's one of my mother brothers because my father is not stable lol.
I got to SS3 when my mother got pregnant and they told her in the hospital not to do anything because of her condition. Since I am the first born for the family I have no choice, I took responsibility to do everything in the house. After my WAEC exam last year and I choose to attend Nasarawa State College Of Education Akwanga. I am still waiting for my admission.
Finally my mother gave birth to bounce baby girl and I am very happy because we are three now and I have a girl to call sister. We are finally a family of five, my dad Mr. Luwis Abuga, my mom, Mrs. Akatiki, my junior brother, Daniel Abuga and our last born of the house my sister, Victoria Abuga.
