Hello and welcome to another weekly prompt to share with you my thoughts on the topic how do you manage your anger.
Firstly I will want to thank the community for chosen this wonderful topic that will not only be a topic but a way of shaping people's mindset and mentality. Now the question is how do you manage your anger?
Now what is anger? To me anger is a strong feeling of being very upset or annoyed because of something wrong or bad that someone has done to you in a particular time or lifetime.being angry is part of life but how to manage your anger is another best thing that could help you succeed in life.so now have you thought of what are those things that causes anger if no this are some of the things I feel are the causes; stress and fatigue,Hunger, mental health,betrayal or mistrust,financial stress,argument,lack of communication and injustice.
★Stress is one major way you easily get angry,I myself also get angry when I'm tired most at times if I'm angry I wouldn't want anyone to disturb or interact with anyone and if the person failed to understand I will definitely pick an offence to get angry immediately.
★Hunger this one is the worst for me because I sometimes get angry even with my own mother just because I'm hungry, I hate hunger.so it for me another factor that easily lead to anger.
★Mental health this could be cause when someone is going through certain situations like depression, anxiety and many others.
★Betrayal or mistrust this is another easy way to get angry when the person you trust with your whole life decided to let you down for some stupid reasons.
★Financial stress wow this is a huge factor that is commonly among us this days most especially because of the economic crisis we may be worried about money,debt or financial insecurity.
★Argument is also a way that cause anger you may be arguing about football matches or it may even be about property and even celebrities this days argument easily lead to conflict disagreement and crisis.
★Lack of communication this is about poor listening and misunderstanding by the listener can cause being angry.
★Injustice lastly this is my favourite to talk because I hate unfair treatment, people this days choose not to treat people equally and that is injustice and many would easily get angry if others are being treated nicely than them.
Now managing anger is a valuable skill that can improve relationships, overall well being, and quality of life.in order to manage your anger is to just try and stay away from the listed causes that i just mentioned that lead to anger,and you will watch yourself become the best person that you want to be. And also keep it in mind that everyone experiences are unique,so what causes anger in one person may not affect another person in same way. so you have to study every person around you so that you can know how to manage your anger and avoid what will cause their anger.
Remember managing anger is a process that takes time , effort and practice. Be patient and compassionate with yourself as you work to develop healthier anger management strategies. Thanks for stopping by my blog.🙏
