This prompt topic is actually an interesting one.
Most times we say we are fully aware of something or about something, yes for sure, being fully aware of something is being mindful.

Mindfulness and self discipline works in-hand in-hand, I will be relating my post to working environment and as well our day to day activities.
Mindfulness as I said earlier is been fully aware or been conscious of something, maybe what we are doing, or the place we are.
Self discipline on the other hand, I can say is the ability of one to control oneself, and to work hard on yourself, so that you will know and do the right things at the right time without anyone telling you what to do.
Do you know that been conscious of yourself it will be difficult for you to make unnecessary mistakes. Take for instance, as a medical doctor you know that when you give excessive dose of drugs, it always have a reaction or an effect on your patients but because of not been mindful you give one particular drugs over the normal dose.
Mindfulness requires alot of things, for you to remain mindful you have to Patience as the say is virtue, one have to understand thr processes involved in whst so ever one us doing. Second, you don't have to be judgemental when ever you want to be mindful of things you do.
Meditation, when you meditate over something you will be mindful of it and you have to let go to bed able to maintain things particularly part of mindfulness, same goes to acceptance you don't have to manipulate things rather you accept them the way there are and be mindful as well.
If we always stay aware or mindfulness especially in our workplace to will definitely benefit us much such as:
Better decision making.
Increased focus because you have to meditate on it and by that way you are mindful as well.
Reduced conflict among workers.
Increased productivity in a state where everyone is pursuing a common goal.
Reduce stress as well.
Improved emotional intelligence because practice they say make best.
Enhanced creativity is one of the benefits that comes with one been mindful of things around him or her.

Self-discipline is the ability to control his or her feelings, thought, behaviour and actions, and to maintain staying focused on his or her goals or purpose. Self discipline is not really an easy one but because it is a discipline one is expected to self control which is self discipline.
Mindfulness and self discipline works together, mindfulness as said before is the ability to be a fully aware of thought and emotions and behaviour, now when someone is mindful and self discipline you will be better self-awareness.
Self-awareness is the ability to have a better understanding of your own thoughts, emotions, feelings,values, and behaviors motivations. It's the capacity to observe yourself by yourself. By this way we will be of high quality to be mindful and self-discipline, this will enable one to have self-awareness as well.
