The parents play vital roles of moral and virtue for the upbringing of their children to be leaders of tomorrow, not just a leader, however a good leader who can bring good influence to the home and society.
Our parents raised us to show respect. I was taught to knock before I open a door. Say hello when I enter a room. Say please and thank you, in addition to have respect for my elders. I'd let another person have my seat if they needed it. I was taught to say “yes sir” and “no sir”; in addition, help others when they need me to, not stand on the sidelines and watch.
Hold the door for the person behind me, say “excuse me” when it's needed and to love people for who they are. In addition, not for what I can get from them and most importantly, I was, moreover, raised to treat people precisely how l would like to be treated by others. “It's called respect”.

While in primary school, I guess everyone is a leader. School was fun then, we were praise hyped, sang all kinds of songs title “leaders of tomorrow”
Every child was like! I want to be a doctor, lawyer, minister, president, governor, pilot,engineer, and the rest.
In my opinion, leaders must not be of high ranking as political bodies as one might have thought of! However a leader is a kind and hearted person who has human feelings, who cares, who can sacrifice himself and lead.
Parents are the role model when it comes to upbringing and proper home training, a child who grew up on the street will lack home training and possess the life of street.
Society values; society has its own good impacts on children, not just parents. I grew up in a community of values that's much impactful. The genuine people I came across with. Advise me on life, the bad and its effects, the good and its effects.
They haved lived life and experienced the good from the bad, and wouldn't let the youngsters pass through the same experience.
A society with genuine people not just care about the upbringing, however, to raise the future being of tomorrow, leaders that will bring impact, awareness to society. Leaders that will keep the community name strong, upgrade it to another level for the betterment of the society, in addition to the future generations to come.
