Through the work you will do for Swarm Foundation, you will learn a lot about cutting-edge business development and decentralised autonomous organisations involved in open source technology, data, blockchain, decentralisation, and Internet Protocols.You will have a global view on setting up processes for a junior organisation in the crypto realm, set out to create a positive social impact.
Your role
- Working directly with the Foundation Director, supporting operational processes
- Coordinating legal administration and assessment (coordinating with the legal team)
- Coordinating accounting, auditors and legal counsel, taking care of yearly accounting, tax and auditing reports
- External administrative requirements such as filing reports and others
- Preparing monthly financial reports for the Foundation Board
- Basic treasury management and coordination with service providers, banks
- Drafting internal policies when relevant
- Coordination with other departments on organisational matters, especially with the Board
- Organising and providing support for regular Board meetings
Your profile
- A strong interest and deep (non-legal) knowledge of the crypto space and peer-to-peer open source tech
- Up-to-date knowledge relevant to operational aspects of Foundation and general blockchain space in Switzerland
- Business administration or legal background
- Fluency in English and French/German
- You like to work remotely
- You are available around the CET timezone
- You manage your own time effectively and respect time constraints
