Not only is this a direct result of import nightmares directly resulting from Covid shipping shutdowns, there's pretty much a universal country-wide non-return policy unless something is broken and returned within 24 hours.

Are you able to get samples in a reasonable amount of time lately? Delays are usual here, but they have gotten exponentially worse.

Do you do video calls with the manufacturers/suppliers before placing orders for samples?
