St. Constantine and St. Helena Romanian Orthodox Church 馃晬 ENG | ESP
Hello lovers of Architecture + Design continues my journey through the fantastic world of architecture this time I share with you this Romanian Orthodox Church San Constantino and Santa Elena which is located in La Lagunita Country Club in El Hatillo, Venezuela.
We went for a walk from the house to the town of Hatillo we did about 7000 Kilometers there and back, in this walking route is this beautiful church, just in front of it is one of the points where we stop to exercise, while and
were inspired with their routine I concentrated more on taking pictures to share with you this beautiful architecture worthy of admiring Romanian Orthodox Church.
This Orthodox Church was built in agreement Romania-Venezuela, by the Romanian mission in Venezuela, there are only 14 of them outside Romania and this is one of them, they are made 100% with wood without using nails.
When standing in front of it is impossible not to admire its beauty is really beautiful structure, the architecture was guided by the Romanians and the land where it is donated by the Mayor of El Hatillo, is one of the tourist attractions that are currently seeking to promote in the municipality.
The details of its half-Romanian age architecture are really beautiful, some of them were impossible to capture by the cell phone camera because the church was not open on weekdays.
From the outside you can admire the details of the carving and care of the wood, great cabinetmakers worked on it there is a lot of passion in its details that can be admired from its fence, gates and exterior doors.
This is the door of the church with a beautiful carved work on them, with the Romanian coat of arms and the religious symbols of their beliefs, catholic orthodox, on them the plaques that describe those who built and established their mission in Venezuela and in the middle a plaque that from a distance looks like silver with the image of those who I believe are Jesus and Mary.
Although there are no nails in its structure to hold the pontoon they used bolts, I love this door is really beautiful, like all its structure that takes you to medieval times.
The Romanian Orthodox Church of St. Constantine and St. Helena was built on the stones at a distance it seems even height of a little more than half a meter, I am not Catholic I am told that only speak for the masses, but certainly the architecture of this church is worth a visit, I really want to know this church inside and so I can admire and share with you more of its beauty, its paintings and icon Romanian graphics with all the details that should be even more beautiful inside it.
Here I share the Link of a drone video made by and the Church of St. Constantine and St. Helen so you can also enjoy it from this aerial view.
