Hello Everyone,
Today I just finished some infographics for the renovation of an apartment located in the province of Alicante, Spain.
In this first phase, we are going to renovate the day area, more specifically the living room and kitchen area, and the interior yard adjacent to them.
Currently it is a highly compartmentalized space that generates a dark and cold interior space.
We mainly approach the space with the premise of trying to fill the interior with as much natural light as possible.
That is why the kitchen and living area communicate in a diaphanous way, and we generate two large L-shaped windows taking advantage of the interior yard, thus bathing the entire interior in light and generating an open, breathing space.
An attempt has been made to introduce white or light tones in all the elements that do not differ much from the general aesthetic to provide greater clarity to the space. On the other hand, the aim was to generate a warm and pleasant space, contemporary and with the soul of the place where it is located. For this we have applied to a greater extent natural materials that provide warmth and well-being, and treated in a harmonious way that seek to bring calm to the space.
The lighting has been addressed on the one hand, so that the light points in the kitchen are not seen from the living area and thus avoid glare, and on the other hand so that different environments are generated according to the client's needs. Through indirect lighting and integration with the elements that populate the ceilings, we have been able to generate creative and at the same time functional scenes.
I hope you like it,
greetings from Spain!
