Today we will enter the San Martín shopping center, the first image you see is the facade of the private parking lot, where people who go to the shopping center as well as the owners of the premises can park. This is appreciated in small shopping centers, since they do not dream of having closed parking lots and it becomes difficult to find where to park.
The greatest charm of this shopping center is that it has a floor completely full of medical services. You can get a clinic specialized in dental treatment for adults and children, performing orthodontics as well as root canal treatment for tooth extraction. They also have clinics specialized in tomography, X-rays, mammograms and two laboratories where they perform all kinds of blood tests.
Despite being a small shopping center, being able to have stores inside the corridors is a great point in favor, these stores already come with a showcase, light, door and lock. It is up to the merchant to have the facilities as they are or to improve the premises at the time of delivery of the same and to bring other counters so that the people who pass by can see their products in a more personalized way.
This mall is quite deceptive in size as it seems small when you walk in and there aren't many places to sit and relax. Although the reality is that it is quite large and we can see that from the outside, it occupies an entire block, which is quite impressive for a shopping center of this type. The reason it looks so small is that the premises are extremely large, the restaurants and food stalls that are there have their own tables, storage area, kitchen and counter area. So it's a great opportunity to create a production company or something like that.
One last super advantage of the shopping center is that it has more than three banks, to be a little more specific in this information and to put in context the Venezuelans who see me, here are BDV, BNC, Bicentenario, Provincial and Mercantil. Which means that if you open a store here, you will be able to work comfortably in cash, since you can simply go down to the first floor and deposit your currency or change it for lower denominations to be able to give change.
Something that I almost forgot to mention and that I find extremely interesting is the fact that there is a window in the roof, which gives a lot of natural light to everything or at least to the central part of the building. I think it's a staple of shopping mall architecture today, but considering this is many years old it's pretty amazing to look at and great to have.
And finally, looking through the photos I took, I would like you to see this, I don't know where they got that seat from, although it looks like it was taken from a church or something. The truth is dark and the fact that it is next to the stairs makes it even weirder. What do you think?
