Hace algunas semanas estoy dando a conocer las construcciones predominantes de una hermosa ciudad del sur de nuestro país. ¨Ushuaia¨ es una hermosa bahía con exquisitas construcciones, la mezcla de estilos, sus coloridas edificaciones, la hacen única y propias de los antiguos pueblos pesqueros; En la actualidad convertida en una hermosa ciudad que alberga a inmigrantes de muchas partes del mundo, que llegan a la península en busca de un lugar donde vivir, y disfrutar de la cercanía de lo natural. La situación poblacional crece cada año, y con él la creación de nuevos barrios; Hasta el momento se han creado un poco menos de cien barrios, y cada uno de ellos con estilos de construcciones que los identifican. No puedo comenzar sin antes agradecer a nuestros amigos

Las edificaciones ¨tipo¨¨Chalet¨ que les doy a conocer en esta oportunidad dan una identidad inconfundible al barrio ¨Los¨ ¨Antes¨; Un barrio de casas bajas sin grandes muros perimetrales que obstruyan las hermosas vistas de las construcciones. Muchas características para destacar de este lugar; Unos de los cien barrios creados por incidencia poblacional. Tiene una ubicación preferencial y estratégica, a menos de treinta minutos del centro de la bahía, y a tres minutos de la hermosa ¨laguna¨ del ¨diablo¨ (pueden apreciar en la imagen de portada); Sin dudas el lugar ideal para aquellos que desean estar cerca de la ciudad, y vivir en estrecha relación con la naturaleza

En esta edificación podemos apreciar que predomina la construcción en madera, que convive armoniosamente con paredes de piedras y mampostería; El clásico techo a dos aguas construido en chapa galvanizas de color; Amplias aberturas en maderas, puerta especial de dos hojas, y ventas con vidrio repartido que permite el ingreso de luz natural; Herrajes en bronce y un exquisito detalle, Farol construido en hierro fundido estilo colonial; De cierre perimetral convive la mampostería, las piedras y la madera rusticas de los árboles, al igual que el pasamanos de la escalera. Una propiedad con mucho carácter y personalidad; Estos pequeños detalles convierten a una casa en un hogar.

El cerramiento perimetral de piedras y mampostería presenta un desnivel que permite ver el hermoso frente de la propiedad
