Lo primero que debemos saber es que el Centro Comercial Boleita Center está muy cerca del Cerro Ávila, oficialmente conocido como Parque Nacional Waraira Repano en lo que se conoce como la falda del Ávila, antigua hacienda de tabaco y caña de azúcar; lo que hace que se ubique en un lugar con clima de montaña, fresco, hermoso y acogedor que permite tener una bella vista de ese monumento natural, orgullo de la Ciudad de Caracas.

The first thing we should know is that the Boleita Center Shopping Center is very close to Cerro Ávila, officially known as Waraira Repano National Park in what It is known as the skirt of Ávila, an old tobacco and sugar cane plantation; what makes it located in a place with a mountain climate, fresh, beautiful and welcoming that allows you to have a beautiful view of this natural monument, pride of the City of Caracas.

Boleíta Center con 46.660m2 de construcción, dos accesos peatonales y cinco niveles, de los cuales tres de ellos son comerciales y dos son niveles de estacionamiento. La arquitectura del centro comercial se adapta a la forma del terreno por lo que se genera una distribución radial tanto para los locales como para los pasillos. según información obtenida en el lugar tiene 123 locales comerciales, pero nos dimos cuenta que muchos de esos locales están vacíos y otros en remodelación, existen 11 locales ubicados en lo que se le conoce como la feria de comida, la cual se ubica al aire libre en la terraza, también allí vimos locales vacíos y otros en remodelación, existe un gimnasio de dos niveles y terraza. Además de 8 espacios comerciales para kioscos distribuidos en los pasillos y estacionamiento techado con capacidad para 850 vehículos distribuidos en dos sótanos.

Por ser uno de los Centros Comerciales mas alejados del centro de la ciudad es tranquilo y confortable, se puede llegar utilizando transporte público pero la parada está un tanto retirada, por lo que llegar al lugar requiere caminar unos minutos; por esa razón la mayoría de los visitantes llegan en vehículos particulares o en taxi. Este Centro Comercial, forma parte del grupo TuSambil del este de Caracas. La Constructora Sambil lo concluye e inaugura el 29 de mayo del año 2000. Este importante y bonito Centro Comercial fue diseñado por el Arquitecto David Gabay. Ahora mi esposa y yo les invitamos a hacer un recorrido fotográfico para que lo conozcan, esperamos sea de su agrado.

Because it is one of the shopping centers furthest from the city center, it is quiet and comfortable, it can be reached using public transport but the bus stop is somewhat remote, so reaching the place requires walking a few minutes; for this reason, most visitors arrive in private vehicles or by taxi. This Shopping Center is part of the TuSambil group from eastern Caracas. Constructora Sambil concludes it and inaugurates it on May 29, 2000.
