Hello colleagues.
Today I would like to share a completed project. Delivery of the project is not only the date of completion of work and receipt of the fee. This is a very important event for every architect. For many of my colleagues, this is a real holiday. For me, this is always the end of a life stage, a kind of milestone where you can take stock of your creative path. We architects are very lucky - we work in a creative profession.
So about the completed project. I was designing a timber house. And now the time has come when I have completed work on the project. What is a house like?
The structure will stand on a mountain foot near the river bank. For a very long time I persuaded the customer to make the house symmetrical, but I stood firm on my decision. Therefore, I ask you not to be surprised at the rather strange solution of the facade.
Another unusual moment. We are used to the fact that bedrooms are usually located on the second floor. This is usually the quietest area of the house. In this project, the bedrooms are downstairs and the living room is on the second floor.
Another highlight of this project is its expansive veranda with expressive fencing elements. It seems to me that this is one of my successful decisions.
I would very much like to see the projects of my foreign colleagues. I would like to discuss their projects and mine with them.

Сегодня я хотел бы поделиться завершенным проектом. Сдача проекта это не только дата завершения работ и получения гонорара. Для каждого архитектора это очень важное событие. Для многих моих коллег это настоящий праздник. Для меня это всегда завершение жизненного этапа, некая контрольная точка, в которой ты можешь подвести итоги своего творческого пути. Нам, архитекторам очень сильно повезло - мы трудимся в творческой профессии.
Итак о завершенном проекте. Я занимался проектированием дома из деревянного бруса. И вот пришло время когда я завершил работу над проектом. Что представляет из себя дом?
Сооружение будет стоять на горном подножье у берега реки. Очень долго я уговаривал заказчика сделать дом симметричным, но твердо стоял на своем решении. Поэтому прошу вас не удивляться довольно странному решению фасада.
Еще один необычный момент. Мы привыкли, что спальные комнаты обычно располагаются на втором этаже. Обычно это самая тихая зона дома. В данном проекте спальные расположены внизу, а гостиная - на втором этаже.
Еще один примечательный момент данного проекта - это его обширная веранда с выразительными элементами ограждения. Мне кажется, что это одно из моих удачных решений.
Мне очень бы хотелось увидеть проекты моих зарубежных коллег. Мне хотелось бы обсудить с ними их проекты и мои.
