Hello everyone? How are you? Hope you're okay. You can stay happy and excited. I'd like to tell a story, if the end of the month, I'd visit a hotel. This hotel lies in Bogor, Indonesia. The hotel's name is the Santika Hotel. Actually, where I work often do meetings at hotels. But, I often forget to write the writing about the design and interior of the hotel I visited. Sometimes, I stay at a hotel, 1-2 days. But, for the end of the month, I stayed at the hotel for five days.
We had an early year meeting with various partners for five days. Review all our work and work at the same time we use to get news from our partners. During the pandemic, many things are limited to what we meet only online, of course, the meeting is carried out with very strict health protocols. We have to test for covid twice. However, one of my friends caught covid while doing the test.
Okay, I will review the design, architecture and interior of the hotel. I live on the sixth floor. There is a very beautiful view that I can enjoy. Hotel in very popular in this city. Of course, a four star hotel. What is the theme of this hotel? this hotel has the theme "Feel the Art of Indonesian Hospitality". That is, you will get an overnight experience about the concept of nature and Indonesian art.
It got from the view of this hotel. In some rooms, the view from the room overlooks nature. Then, typical Indonesian art at the hotel. Another chef who cooks at this place cooks Indonesian specialties for the five days I stay here, all the food is Indonesian food, starting from meatballs, soto, yellow rice and others. I found breakfast a bit foreign, namely on waffles, omelets and salads.
For design and interior this place overlooks Mount Salak. The mountain became the icon of the city of Bogor. For the color of the room, I think there are a lot of nuances of the property in the room, only brown and green. these colors are identical colors in nature. For light, I really like this place every morning I get light in a warm room. This adds to the elegance of this hotel.
Another thing, the room here is very thick with a modern feel. Although outside the room there are Indonesian ornaments, such as the waiters wearing kebaya (traditional Indonesian clothes), the hair of the woman who is the waiter in the bun (a typical Indonesian hairstyle) in the lobby is greeted with traditional Indonesian songs and the like. But for the rooms are very modern. The natural element is still felt in the room with some thick wooden ornaments. It makes the room feel very spacious and elegant. To put the furniture here, very neat and very neat. It affects the right combination.
There are lots of minimalist colors in the room. Starting from an unobtrusive brown color that adds light to the sky, then a room painted white, there is a sense of simplicity and elegance in the room. Oh yes, the only floor chosen is the wooden floor which reinforces the traditional impression of this place, all the combinations in this place are perfect. I really enjoyed my room, however, I didn't have much time in the room.
Oh yes, for hotel facilities there are very complete facilities. Starting from electric kettles, refrigerators, money safes, televisions, air conditioners and others. Then, there is tea, coffee, and sugar which is always refilled every time supplies run out. I love the coffee here, the coffee here doesn't make me sick. I am safe to make coffee. Another thing, this hotel is affected by one of the malls, namely Botaniqal Square. There is an underground way to get to this place. However, due to time constraints, I did not find my way to the Bogor Botanical Gardens.
Last time, this place was very strategic. This hotel is located in the center of Bogor city. Of course, easy vehicle access. You can use a vehicle or use public transportation to reach this hotel. For health protocol, this place is very strict. Especially when my friend was detected by covid, all of the waiters were very friendly and my friend was recommended to move to a hotel that was specifically for covid quarantine. For facilities outside the room, there are swimming pool and gym facilities. However, I cannot enjoy the two facilities. So, my review of this place. How did you get interested in visiting it?
