If we look at the shape of the building and when you follow some of my posts in this community, there are several types of buildings that are the same as the one I will share now. and all of these building types are building types that are very popular at the moment for villa or café type buildings with a natural or rural feel, and the building I am sharing is a café disguised as a villa. And do you understand the meaning of what I am saying now? and in my opinion this is a good marketing strategy to learn.
Actually, this building has two functions, namely on the first floor it is used as a place to stay and on the second floor it is used as a café. However, when we look at the promotions on social media, they only highlight how the Villa building has good views, complete facilities and low prices, but they don't highlight how the Café is on the second floor of the building, so the wider community will think that what they are promoting is a Villa, not a Cafe.
And why do I say that this building is a café under the guise of a villa? Because if I look at the number of visitors to the Café who come compared to the tourists who stay there, I estimate that their income from the Café will be much greater than the income of the Villa itself which is only filled on holidays, while the Café in this place will busy every day.
OK, ignore their marketing and it's up to you what purpose this building serves better. The focus is because this building is promoted as a Villa, so I will call it a Villa too and I will explore the architecture of this building so that this Villa deserves a good rating from tourists who come to this place.
I repeat, this building consists of 2 floors, with the first floor as accommodation and the second floor functioning as a Café, and when entering this Café, the most unique and new thing I have encountered is that visitors are required to remove their footwear and because I I was too lazy to take off my shoes so I didn't enter this café. However, I can still document how the design was made.
Beside the Villa there is a place to order food and drinks, then there is also a pavilion for live music if visitors want to contribute their golden voice, then enter the Café, then we will be blocked by a wooden door that is up to an adult's waist to indicate that you have to take off your footwear. , and I like the window on the side of this villa, it looks like it has an ordinary shape, nothing interesting, but maybe because of the play of color, this window seems very aesthetic to look at.
And if you look at the roof on the second floor of this café, it is shaped like a box as if it were a ceiling, but it is a piece of wood that was shaped into a box and then painted and decorated with lights to add to the luxury of the interior design of the café. And as soon as the eye can see, this view is very beautiful, and the parking area at this villa is also very spacious, they also have colorful stairs as a supporting design to beautify this building. although overall the color of this building is dominated by the natural color of cotton which I have seen many times before.
Not far from the villa and still part of the villa area, a new type of villa is still being rebuilt which is still in the process of being built and not one hundred percent complete. In front of the unfinished villa there is a Tilapia fish pond with very large fish. In the future, when this building is finished, I will be here again to continue with you the unfinished story and what I want to make of this villa next, so wait for my story in the next post and greetings from Tomidiwirja, Indonesia
