Hello, December has arrived, which means that we will soon be entering a long holiday of around 2 weeks. Are you guys just going to stay at home? The answer is definitely no, especially if we have limited holiday time, so this December holiday is a big gift that must be enjoyed and everything must be perfect because it is not certain that in December next year everyone will be able to have time and be together again. One of the things that must be taken care of during this big holiday is accommodation, which we know is one of the most important things apart from transportation when going to tourist attractions where large families gather.
This year we decided to go on holiday to Parbaba White Sands in the Lake Toba area. I have often been to this place with my students but the moments and memories will definitely be different when we can gather with our extended family, apart from that we decided to go on holiday to this area because there are no areas prone to landslides and floods in this place so from the natural conditions we feel comfortable, although other external factors could occur, but we don't expect this of course. Everyone should be happy even if it is just a simple event because it is not easy to gather everyone with their respective schedules and busy schedules.
And back to looking for a hotel. After we searched several hotels, we finally decided to choose one that suited our wishes. Even though the building design is very simple. And one of the important things is a spacious vehicle parking area that is safe from nosy people who want to damage our vehicles. Apart from that, this hotel is also close to the beach just by walking so it wasn't too much of a hassle for us and we were very happy about that.
Even though the design is like a simple flat with patterned ceramic floors, this hotel is quite clean with a fairly spacious lobby where there are 2 relaxing sofas with different models there and the distance between one sofa and another is made far apart so that the lobby is spacious. It doesn't look empty. The sofa is cream colored with a texture that looks soft and has a luxurious impression, but unfortunately the shape of the table doesn't match the shape of the sofa which already looks luxurious. And I think this black sofa just matches the table, it looks commensurate and elegant, maybe placing small flowers on the table will have much higher interior value.
This hotel has two floors and when going up to the 2nd floor there is a banister there to make it easier for visitors, especially older people. However, we agreed not to use the second floor and wanted to rent all of the first floor so that parents and children wouldn't have to be too tired going up and down the stairs later. And we chose several large family rooms with a form of placing the bed below so that families who bring children are not too afraid of falling and with bathrooms inside that are equipped with cold and hot water. Then there is a kitchen in each room and in this kitchen a dispenser, gas stove along with cylinder and rice cooker are provided. These are some of the kitchen facilities that made us interested and decided to stay here. Although once again I emphasize that the hotel design is very simple
The name of the hotel we chose is Raja Hotel Samosir with a price per room of IDR. 1,000,000 per night which can accommodate up to 8 people and all the rooms on the first floor are designed for the needs of large families who want to vacation like us.
