The Acropolis building is located in the First Born of the American Continent (Cumana) in one of the most popular streets for locals or visitors who come from other states or nearby municipalities to make their purchases or in many occasions for medical consultations. Acropolis is specifically on Bermudez Street where most of the commercial establishments of the city are located. In this building there is a shoe store, clothing store, children's toys and school accessories.
The apartment level 1: has five panoramic windows, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, also a storage room, a kitchen and three rooms of dimensions 4x4 mts with porcelain floor and a draibol ceiling.
In the apartment level 2: the building has four panoramic windows, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a storage room, a kitchen and three rooms of dimensions (4x4) mts, with porcelain tile floor and Draibol roof.
The Acropolis building is a commercial building with two (02) levels, each floor has two (02) boutiques and first floor with stores.
It is worth mentioning that the first and second floors of the building are apartments, the first floor is commercial space and the annex is a warehouse that was converted into commercial space.
Currently in this building is one of the most visited stores or commercial establishment of Cumaná for the wide variety of shoes sold there. Also many parents used to go to this business because on level 1 there was a children's toy store of very good quality and excellent prices. I remember that during the months of December it was quite an odyssey to buy there because it was full of people buying to give a gift to their children for the baby Jesus.
This building is striking for its exterior design and decorations with columns in high relief that are similar to the buildings of ancient Rome that appear in art education books; since I saw this building caught my attention for its particular design that is unusual in the city, so far is the only store I've seen with this peculiar design since usually the other stores in the city are rectangular buildings.
