Design is not just about how it looks or feels. Design is how it works.

Hello architecture and design community happy start of the week. I wish you abundant health and prosperity in all your projects. Today I share with you a series of buildings that are located in the city of Cumaná, Venezuela.
These buildings are located specifically in the Perimetral Avenue. Known by locals and visitors. This avenue is the busiest because it is the main way to go to the center of the city.
La Perimetral, as it is regularly called by the natives of the city, is one of the most important avenues of Cumaná, since through it we can communicate with the State of Anzoátegui and at the other end towards the city of Carupano. It is worth mentioning that in this avenue converge most of the buildings and hotels where most of the tourists and visitors arrive.
In addition, it is a commercial area with a large number of stores or establishments where we can find products of the basic basket. It is worth mentioning that there are many bakeries and sales of typical food of Cumaná and gastronomic diversity.
I would like to tell you that during vacation seasons or sports games, most of the visitors come to these facilities. It is a very nice building, with a striking blue and green color, it also has a bar, restaurant and cafeteria. It also has a beautiful porch with tables and chairs for visitors to enjoy a good cup of coffee.
It is a building of three levels and first floor, it has parking for customers of the place. Cement porch and white wrought iron railings. A main gate of wrought iron also in white. In addition twelve panoramic windows in the form of rectangle and at the top has a design in the form of circle.
God bless you and see you on the next tour.
