In the city of Valencia, Carabobo state - Venezuela, there are no high-rise buildings, like those skyscrapers in different countries around the world, which usually have more than 100 floors, but still you can see important architectural designs in the city, which highlight the beauty and perfection of their designs.
Such is the case in this publication, I show in photographs the B.O.D tower, which is positioned at number 8, among the tallest buildings in the city of Valencia, with a height of 126 metres and 26 floors. With a striking and very peculiar design for all those who somehow pass near this building, which is located near the main Bolivar Avenue in the city of Valencia, Carabobo state - Venezuela, and was built in 2004, constituting one of the most modern works in its architectural aspect of the town.
En la ciudad de Valencia, estado Carabobo - Venezuela, no se encuentra edificios de gran altura, como aquellos rascacielos de diferentes países por el mundo, que suelen tener hasta más de 100 pisos, pero aún así se puede apreciar diseños arquitectónicos importantes en la ciudad, que resaltan la belleza y perfección de sus diseños.
Tal es el caso en ésta publicación, muestro en fotografías la torre B.O.D, que se posiciona en el puesgo número 8, entre los edificios más altos de la ciudad de Valencia, con una altura de 126 metros y 26 pisos. Con un diseño llamativo y muy peculiar para todos aquellos, que de alguna forma pasan cerca de ésta edificación, que se ubica a la cercanía de la principal avenida Bolívar de la ciudad de Valencia, estado Carabobo - Venezuela, y fue construida en el año 2004, constituyendo como unas de las obras más modernas en su aspecto arquitectónico de la localidad.
Its exterior design is characterised by its oval contours, and it is not like most of the buildings in my country, with vertical rectangular constructions. On the other hand, you can see that this building is mostly made up of a lot of glass, which makes it very attractive because of its reflections, those reflections, where you can see the clouds perfectly, and makes it a good occasion for a good photograph.
The rest of the structure is made of concrete and metal, creating a modern design, even though it is almost 17 years old. The B.O.D. tower, its name is due to the banking institution B.O.D., a western discount bank, as one of the main banking institutions of the country, who also have in other cities such as Caracas and Maracaibo, other towers under their name as is the case of this tower. Although apart from the B.O.D. bank, it also houses business offices, commercial and service premises.
Su diseño exterior, se caracteriza por tener sus contornos ovalados, y no es como comunmente son los edificios de mí país, con construcciones rectagulares en su forma vertical. Por otra parte este edificio se puede ver, que esta constituido mayormente por muchos vidrios, por lo que la hace muy atractiva por su reflejos, de esos reflejos, donde se ven perfectamente las nubes, y hace de la ocasión, para una buena fotografía.
De resto, su estructura esta formada por concreto y metal, creando así un diseño moderno, aún así de tener prácticamente 17 años de construida. La torre B.O.D., su nombre se debe a la institución bancaria B.O.D banco occidental de descuento, como unas de las principales entidades bancarias del país, quienes también poseen en otras ciudades como Caracas y Maracaibo, otras torres bajo su nombre como es el caso de esta torre. Aunque aparte de funcionar el banco B.O.D., también alberga oficinas empresariales, locales comerciales y de servicios.
As we can see in this photograph of the interior of the B.O.D. tower, a photograph that is not of my authorship, because I have not been able to access the building, as it is temporarily closed for reasons of the pandemic, but I could not fail to show part of the interior of this building, which undoubtedly leaves an impressive view, with its circular shapes, creating that infinite perspective and perfect harmony in its design.
To its credit there are 26 floors, which are formed in circles until reaching its last metre of construction, also having a glass roof, so that it adapts a natural lighting inside the building, or simply as a view towards the infinite sky.
Como vemos en ésta fotografía del interior de la torre B.O.D., fotografía que no es de mi autoría, debido a que no he podido acceder al edificio, porque está temporalmente cerrada por motivos de la pandemia, pero no podía faltar mostrar parte del interior de este edificio, que sin duda deja toda una vista impredionante, con sus formas circulares, creando esa perpectiva infinita y de perfecta armonía en su diseño.
En su haber son 26 pisos, que estan formados en círculos hasta llegar a su ultimo metro de construcción, teniendo así también un techo de vidrio, por lo que adecua una iluminación natural por dentro del edificio, o simplemente como vista hacia el infinito cielo.
From different angles or parts of the city, you can still see the presence of this tower, which shows the prowess and inspirations of those who were in charge of its modern, harmonious design and very peculiar characteristics, which make it different from other architectural works. Because as I mentioned at the beginning of the publication, the fact is not that all architectural works must be very large and imposing, but that they must denote an architectural design, which generates an impression on all those who appreciate it, just like a work of art.
Desde diferentes ángulos o parte de la ciudad, se puede ver aún la presencia de ésta torre, que muestra la proeza e inspiraciones de quienes se encargaron en su diseño moderno, armónico y de unas características muy peculiares, que la hacen ser diferentes entre otras obras arquitectónicas. Porque es coml mencione al principio de la publicación, el hecho no esta en que todas las obras arquitectónicas, deben ser muy grandes e imponentes, sino que denote un diseño arquitectónico, que genere impresión sobre todos los que apreciamos, al igual como una obra de arte.
