Located on a wide corner between the main avenues Universidad and Feo La Cruz in the municipality of Naguanagua in the state of Carabobo - Venezuela, we find this large complex of architectural structures, which shines for all its white paint, in addition to the particular design of the main circular building. This is the Olympic Village of Naguanagua, of which I had previously taken some pictures, but I had never reviewed it specifically in this community. It is one of the most important works of the municipality and is undoubtedly part of the city's heritage.
Next to it, there is an extensive forest, where lies the botanical garden, and remains some of the oldest trees in the municipality, as well as the main species of tree, symbol of the municipality of Naguanagua, which is known as Saman, and makes this territory together with the Olympic Village, is of utmost importance, both for its function and balance with nature.
Ubicándose en una esquina amplia entre las avenidas principales Universidad y Feo La Cruz del municipio Naguanagua del estado Carabobo - Venezuela, nos encontramos con este gran complejo de estructuras arquitectónicas, que relucen por toda su pintura de blanco, además del particular diseño principal del edificio circular. Se trata de la villa olímpica de Naguanagua, de la cual había tomado anteriormente algunas fotografías, pero nunca lo había reseñado específicamente en esta comunidad. Es unas de las obras más importantes del municipio y que sin duda forma parte como patrimonio de la ciudad.
A su lado, se encuentra un extenso bosque, donde yace el jardín botánico, y permanece algunos de los árboles más viejos del municipio, así como la principal especie de árbol, símbolo del municipio Naguanagua, que se conoce como Samán, y hace que este territorio conjuntamente con la villa olímpica, se de suma importancia, tanto por su función y equilibrio con la naturaleza.
This Olympic Village was inaugurated in 1994, to house all the athletes who were going to participate in the V edition of the South American Games in Valencia, since this would become a center to provide lodging for all the athletes, as well as an enclosure for their training.
The entire complex is made up of three buildings, mainly a circular building, where the administrative offices of the Olympic Village operate, while the other buildings contain a certain number of rooms, a dining room, gymnasiums and an area for medical services.
Dicha villa olímpica, se inauguró en 1994, para albergar a todos los deportistas, que iban a participar en la V edición de los juegos sudamericanos en Valencia, puesto que esto se convertiría en un centro para dar hospedaje a todos los deportistas, asimismo como recinto para la capacitación y entrenamiento de ellos mismos.
En el complejo completo, se conforman de tres edificios, principalmente un edificio en forma circular, donde operan las oficinas administrativas de la villa olímpica, mientras los demás edificios, se encuentran ciertas cantidad de habitaciones, comedor gimnasios y una área para el servicio médico.
Therefore, this architectural work is of modern style, made mainly with structural bases and concrete, besides having a square with a fountain and a large parking lot, located on a large plot of land well planned for the erection of these structures properly organized.
Currently this venue is under the administration of Fundadeporte, a public institution that for some years has been administering the space for the attention of athletes of different sports, including those who are opting to participate in the esteemed Olympics.
Por lo tanto, esta obra arquitectónica es de estilo moderno, hecho sobre todo con bases estructurales y concreto, además de tener una plaza con una fuente y un amplio estacionamiento, ubicándose sobre un extenso terreno bien planificado para el levantamiento de estas estructuras correctamente organizadas.
Actualmente esta sede está bajo la administración de Fundadeporte, institución pública que desde hace unos años, vienen administrando el espacio para la atención de atletas de diferentes deportes, incluso a quienes están optando a participar en las apreciadas olimpiadas.
It has always been a structure that has caught my attention, especially for the main circular building, which breaks with the overall design of the complex, giving that aspect of modern and harmonious design, which from that point of view meets the best distribution in relation to the space needed for its facilities.
It is an architectural work, which demonstrates the thriving image of what was the development of a city during the 90's, when it began to develop several architectural plans, of which we can appreciate today. On the other hand, I think that the circular building, by the shape itself, makes its interior distribution more spacious, in addition to having the view from the inside making a 360° angle, in a better visualization of the exterior.
Desde siempre ha sido una estructura que me ha llamado la atención, sobre todo por el principal edificio circular, que rompe con el diseño total del complejo, dando ese aspecto de diseño moderno y armónico, que desde ese punto de vista cumple con la mejor distribución en relación al espacio necesario para sus instalaciones.
Es una obra arquitectónica, que demuestra la imagen pujante de lo que fue el desarrollo de una ciudad durante los 90, cuando se comenzó a desarrollar varios planes arquitectónicos, de los cuales podemos apreciar actualmente. Por otra parte, pienso que el edificio circular, por la forma misma, hace que su distribución en su interior sea más espacioso, además de contar con la vista desde el interior haciendo un ángulo de 360°, en una mejor visualización del exterior.
Although I have never been able to enter this enclosure, due to the fact that only athletes and administrative personnel can access it, I would like to get to know its interior and know how its distribution is bought from the inside, as well as to see the facilities of each of its necessary spaces.

Aunque nunca he podido entrar a este recinto, debido a que solo son los deportistas y personal administrativo los que pueden acceder, me gustaría poder conocer su interior y saber como se compre todo su distribución desde su interior, así como ver las instalaciones de cada uno de sus espacios necesarios.
