Centro Seguros Sudamérica
Greetings to all colleagues from #Hive and the architecture community ! For this occasion I show you two architectural works of modern style, from a photographic approach, because it is clear that although I have no specific knowledge in architecture, I always have an appreciation for architecture, motivating me to take pictures of the different architectural works both classic and modern, that lie throughout the territory of the country where I live. Of course architecture is part of the beautification of a city, of the proper planning for these structures to create harmony between the buildings that are in the area, and in Venezuela has always had a great boom of an important human resource between engineers and architects, who have contributed with their knowledge, in the planning of many of the cities of Venezuela.
In the first place we have this modern structure, which is called Centro Seguros Sudamérica, a building that caught my attention because of its design, similar to a cube, with many crystals in its façade and columns, making its function to support part of the façade. This building is located in the urbanization El Rosal, Chacao municipality, Miranda state - Venezuela, and this establishment has offices for financial and commercial purposes.

Para esta ocasión les muestro dos trabajos arquitectónicos del estilo moderno, desde un enfoque fotográfico, pues es claro que a pesar de que no tengo conocimientos específicos en la arquitectura, siempre le tengo una apreciación a la arquitectura, motivandome hacer fotografías de las diferentes obras arquitectónicas tantas clasicas como modernas, que yacen por todo el territorio del país donde vivo. Por supuesto la arquitectura forma parte del embellecimiento de una ciudad, de la planificación adecuada para que estas estructuras cree armonía entre las edificaciones que se encuentran en la zona, y en Venezuela desde siempre tuvo un gran auge de un importante recurso humano entre ingenieros y arquitectos, que han aportado con sus conocimientos, en la planificación de muchas de las ciudades de Venezuela.
En primer lugar tenemos esta estructura moderna, que tiene como nombre Centro Seguros Sudamérica, una edificación que para mi tomó mi atención por su diseño, parecido a un cubo, con muchos cristales en su fachada y columnas, haciendo su función de sotener parte de la fachada. Esta edificación se encuentra ubicada en la urbanización El Rosal, municipio Chacao, estado Miranda - Venezuela, y dicho establecimiento cuenta con oficinas con fines financieros y comerciales.
This building was designed mainly in 1992 by the architects Pedro Mendoza and Hugo Davila, but it was not until the new millennium of 2000, when its construction was completed, and it has a capacity of 48,000 m2, with 14 floors and also a total of 6 basements.
At first sight, it is an imposing building for me, for its peculiar design, which covers a whole corner of a block as I said with dimensions of 48000 m2, with a great amount of offices and premises, for commercial and financial use.
Este edificio fue diseñado principalmente en 1992 por los arquitectos Pedro Mendoza y Hugo Davila, pero no fue hasta el nuevo milenio del 2000, cuando se finalizó su construcción, y cuenta con una capacidad de 48.000 m2, con 14 pisos y también un total de 6 sótanos.
A primera vista, es un edificio para mi imponente, por su peculiar diseño, que abarca toda una esquina de una cuadra como bien dije con unas dimensiones de 48000 m2, con una gran cantidad de oficinas y locales, para uso comercial y financiero.
Country Club Tower
Now, for this second architectural work, which is called Country Club tower, located a few meters from the building mentioned above Centro Seguros Sudamérica, in an area that is very rich in modern architectural works, which had an important boom in the 90s, although currently some new construction is being reactivated, despite the economic crisis in the country, there are still investors who bet on the construction, perhaps because at this time in history these lands can be found cheaper than in previous decades.
Ahora, para esta segunda obra arquitectónica, que tiene como nombre torre Country Club, ubicado a unos cuantos metros del edificio mencionado anteriormente Centro Seguros Sudamérica, en una zona que es muy rica entre obras arquitectónicas modernas, que tuvo un importantr auge en los años 90, aunque actualmente se viene reactivando algunas construcciones nuevas, a pesar de la crisis económica del país, aún hay inversionista que apuestan en la construcción, quizás porque en este momento de la historia estos terrenos, se pueden encontrar más económicos que en décadas anteriores.
The design of this building, was in charge of the architect Isaac Meillison, who I have previously mentioned in other publications, for his contribution in several works even for this same municipality, perhaps he is part of a construction firm that makes or made life for this locality, and made several architectural projects.
This tower has a total of 16 floors, on a plot of more than 2000 m2, located specifically in the urbanization El Bosque, Chacao municipality, Miranda state - Venezuela.
In conclusion, for me it is pleasing to show in photographs and to give some information about these architectural works of modern tendency, in spite of the fact that they may be much more than 20 years old, they are still present as an architectural and engineering contribution.

El diseño de esta edificación, estuvo a cargo del arquitecto Isaac Meillison, que anteriormente lo he nombrado en otras publicaciones, por su aporte en varias obras incluso por este mismo municipio, quizás sea parte de una firma constructora que hace o hizo vida por esta localidad, e hicieron varios proyectos arquitectónicos.
Dicha torre cuenta con un total de 16 pisos, en una parcela de más de 2000 m2, ubicándose específicamente en la urbanización El Bosque, municipio Chacao, estado Miranda - Venezuela.
En conclusión, para mi es grato mostrar en fotografías y dar cierta información sobre estas obras arquitectónicas de tendecia moderna, a pesar de que ta puede tener mucho más de 20 años de haber sido construidos ñ, siguen presente como ese aporte arquitectónico y de ingeniería.
