In sunny weather, it is impossible to do without shadows in the forest. Wherever you point your camera, there will be shadows everywhere. At least from the trees. If, among other things, the sun is low enough, the shadows will be long and expressive.
We will now walk along the forest pine spit, which crosses an ordinary swamp. This spit is densely overgrown with small pine trees and has a dry path. We don't want to get bogged down in a cold swamp in December before the New Year.
В солнечную погоду в лесу не может не быть теней. Куда бы вы не направили свою камеру, везде будут тени. Хотя бы от деревьев. Если кроме всего прочего солнце опустилось достаточно низко, тени будут длинными и выразительными.
Мы с вами сейчас прогуляемся по лесной сосновой косе, которая пересекает обычное болото. Эта коса густо поросла небольшими соснами имеет сухую тропу. Мы же не хотим увязнуть в холодном болоте в декабре перед Новым Годом.

On the eastern side of the spit, the shadows merge again. And only individual beams of light create shadow contrast.
Vertical pine trunks and horizontal shadows ... they have their own rhythm.

Well, it's time to get out of the shady zone of the pines and look around the swamps. Will we find shadows in the swamp?
Well, of course we will. Every hummock, every blade of grass, every little tree, everything has its own shadow. Yes, they are not so pronounced, but they are here, see for yourself.
Of course, the shade of the wood flooring is very expressive.
If it weren't for the shade from the bumps in the swamp, the grass blanket would be flat and dull.
Meanwhile, the trail led us to a small island of pine forest. There are many shadows here and even reflections in the water.
It's time for us to take a smoke break. We can sit on the boards and open the thermos. I think it's about time.
