Reflections of a Common Merganser--
It was cool and still this September morning at Grand Lake, Colorado. I visited a small park where a river emptied into Shadow Mountain Lake and photographed some wildlife there. It was a good morning for #reflections and this #Common #Merganser swam by at a good angle.
While this second shot does not fully have the head showing I find it interesting as it shows a lot of motion and a bit of interesting activity. I hope you enjoy these shots.
I really enjoy getting out early in the morning and seeing the world before many folks are even awake. Amazing what you see when you slow down and notice the world around you!
