This was the scenery I took in before departing the jetty; as if leaving behind all my abstract baggages on the jetty's deck, and feeling "lighter" as I boarded the speed boat. The greenery calms and soothes the eyes, the clear skies clears the mind and the reflections of the stilts, boats, overgrown bushes and trees, signified the commencement of my self-reflection trip; as if the universe was speaking to me or I am overthinking it.😂
Nonetheless, I found this portrait before my eyes reflectively calming and captivating, thus, a boat full of people had to wait for this picture to be captured.🤣 Just joking...well, partially, the boat did have to wait but a boat full of people meant me and my partner only.😜 The wait was for 1.5 - 2 minutes, but for him, it felt like 10 minutes.🤣Men and women.......well, sometimes, life is less boring with these pointless arguments.😅
I am glad I took the time to capture this photo as I couldn't walk past it without being tempted to document this view/scenery for safekeeping and even now, this image emits some sort of humble tranquillity. 🧘♀️
p/s: 🤫 there's a cute little birdie on one of the stilts.🐦
