For this week I will feature some shadows from my daughter's rose plants which I was pleasantly surprised to have captured. In the past I have posted shadows of her roses but I think these recent ones are a bit different and should I say a lot better than the previous ones. I was also fortunate to have a sunny morning and the shadows were quite defined.
The morning sun was so bright that the rose's shadow is clearly seen even on a black backdrop. See photo below.
Most of the blooms were already matured and on their last stages of freshness. But new buds were beginning to bloom as shown in the photo below where the old and young are captured together.
