A shadow of me standing on a que trying to be registered by INEC in Nigeria Niger state. We have been hear from early hours of 7:00am to tell you how hard and difficult it is to have the voter card there are almost hundred of people whom are yet to be registered and happens I among the hundred that are yet to be registered.
Let me say little healtic the system is giving us. Imagine we are told to come early in the morning see time of them coming to office 10:00am even for me coming early doesn't guarantee me to have my registration done today because they are complaining to us about how bad the network is flowing.
