And it's Friday for me, yay! A really breezy one! How is everything going for you today?
I was very busy yesterday that I lost track of time until the husband called asking if I had eaten. It was only then I realized it was already evening. The night seems to be a lot longer than the day time and a friend on LeoThreads feels the same way. But yes, it happens most times when I'm too engrossed with what I'm doing, even food won't cross my mind that's why when the spouse is away, he often rings to remind me about it, lol!
Anyway, we were out to the town center on Wednesday for a bit of shopping, not of luxury but for the things we are DIY'ing here at home which includes renovating my little corner for a fresher look. The day was bright and the sky gorgeous, a weather I love most. It's very warm, or shall I say, hot!
These photos were captured in the grounds of the hardware shop which also sells gravel and sand. We parked behind one of the Caterpillar loaders and it was where I had a bit of fun with the shadows.
I was initially mesmerized by the huge print patterns or tracks on the sand left by the Cat's wheels tires. "Nice prints," I thought and took a few photos of them while I was inside the car.

The husband was coming back and forth asking what and which style to buy so I followed him inside the store. After choosing the stuff, he stayed with the shop owner while the pipes which we bought were being measured and cut. I on the other hand went outside for the sunshine.
On approaching the car, I noticed its shadows so took some photographs of it.

And of the two Cats with their shadows too.

And as we were about to leave, I told the husband of my little wish to give this cute Cat a spin and he dared me to do it, lol! Maybe next time? haha!
