The FarmBoy and his wide-brim hat
By my in-law's yard
Stick poles' crisscrossing shadows
Without black, no color has any depth. But if you mix black with everything, suddenly there's shadow - no, not just shadow, but fullness. You've got to be willing to mix black into your palette if you want to create something that's real.

Hello everyone!
It's been a while since my last shadow post and glad to have found some captures from my archives which I'm gonna be sharing today.
The first photo was the husband's when he went to check on the newly-hired young gentleman at the other farm. He said the sun was so bright that day and too hot. He noticed his own shadow while he was going back to his motorbike and took just a single shot. I wished he had taken more but since it's clear and looks cool, I'm using it as my entry photo.
The second image was photographed during a visit to my father-in-law sometime in August. The pole bean grew tall it reached their house's roof and the combined shadows looked nice. Included are the shadows of the trimmed bush too.
The last two images were captured during the summer at our backyard. We had some sticks erected for the pole beans to climb up. The beans had long been wilted and we just cleared them and the weeds away. The sticks created some interesting shadows and don't wanna pass the chance to include them today.
Thank you and this is my participation to Round 244 of the Shadow Hunting challenge by Melinda. I wish you all the best and have fun while savoring the many goodness of life!
