It's a hump day in our side of the world and thankfully, after days of incessant rain and cold atmosphere, the skies are now clearer and yes, beautiful. The land is breathing warmer and the grounds a lot drier. It seems the plants and trees around are dancing as their branches sway with the wind.
Aah, what a blissful feeling!
And did I mention the birds chirped when I was waking up in the morning? Their chorus was my first music for the day. I am not very particular about bird names but apart from the house sparrow, there are a variety of others that frequent our yard when there isn't any rain.
Anyhow, today I'm sharing some reflection captured at the first place where we chased the sunrise one early morning month ago. While there, I noticed the reflections of a junked car and the railings on the accumulated rainwater.
And how could I resist taking photos when I was thinking about the community of hunters?
I love the above photo especially with the reflection of bamboo branches amongst the railings, tall steel bars, and yes, the junked car's rear too.
And let's move a bit to see more of the railings, shall we? Here it is... The bamboo magically disappeared from the reflections.
And a little glimpse of the hill on the background which unfortunately was a bit faraway to have its reflection on the water. But I'm still glad it got included on the shot, kind of accidental as I wasn't really thinking of angle and stuff 'coz my focus was the images on the water.
And there ends my entry to the Reflection Hunters Contest Round 81.
