Magandang buhay!
The new week has arrived, and it still hasn't sunk in to me that it's already 2026, lol! I wonder if it's just me. Who else is typing or writing 2025 for the date? It usually takes a while to get used to putting the correct year. It can't be helped.
Meanwhile, it's time to flex some shadow hunts!
Our first stop after the English breakfast was on the grassy patio-like spot. Yongi took his time sniffing on the corners. His investigative nose has to go to work, lol! But thanks to him, I got some shadows!
There are different shadows caught in this frame—that of the chairs, bistro table, the hubby, mine, and that of the Poinsettias.
And so the hunt was on, and more pictures had to be taken. I love the shadows of the wrought iron chairs. Yongi just had to hop onto one of them. The fencing and the plants' shadows are pretty cool too.
I should mention that he took care of his business (pooped) in this section of the eco park. We were just glad he had his diapers on when he did it. It was a good coincidence too, that the hubby had his cup of caramel macchiato, so he finished it, and we used it as a trash cup for the diaper, lol!
A few minutes later, the LilGuy took a leak (peed) near the big tree trunk. Look at that guilty look as he did it (the right photo above). Oh boy. There wasn't much we could do about his pee, though, since the artificial grass absorbed it instantly.
What a funny memory created on that spot, huh? And here I am, recording it permanently on the blockchain, lol!
Well, 'nuff of that. And this is my participation to the Show Me A Shadow (SMASh) contest, Round 408. I'm having a hard time choosing the entry photo, but I guess I'll have to go with the first one (lead image). What do you think?
