📣 It took me some time to actually post here for the first time.
👀 I've just noticed that the contest is on and thought to upload and share one of the many photos I have done along the years
👉 Working to restore some of my faith in health, humanity and personal relationships these days. AND here is one photo with my best friend that I miss so much.
Eating silently after a long day at work. Nothing special, you might say. But, in that silent moment, I have realized how we can withdraw ourselves from all that noise and worry in a more quiet and peaceful, restful space...inside.
Follow-up. She left that job and followed a more passionate career in UK.
💫 I've changed also...slowly. Secure. Unsecure...but it happened.
As someone once said, change can happen like a grasshopper with a big jump or shift, or it can be as slow and subtle as a snail. One is not better than the other. Both types of change have their merit. Often, the slow and steady approach will have sustainable impact.
Small can be big.
There are all kinds of ways to make a tiny change and sometimes you simply need some inspiration or a new way to look at something you see all the time.
It can start with food!
