As is usually the case when we travel the well beaten path back to New Jersey, we are never disappointed with the beauty of this region. On this particular trip back to the old stomping ground #Mothernature provided us with some great visuals as the day was a mixture of sun and clouds.
The shadows that appeared on the Catskill Mountains darkened an otherwise gray landscape as spring has yet to take hold and change the topography to a lush green.
The evergreen trees popped out from the scenery with many of them towering over the rest of the forest.
It's always fun to let your imagination run as the everchanging #shadows remodel their form with every passing minute.
There must have been a cloud high above that resembled a boot, and displayed itself on a mural of trees.
As you become immersed in #nature,
the three plus hour trek along Old Route 17 passes by in a flash.
If #shadows are not your thing, take a look at what goes on in this wonderful community and you may change your mind and become a #shadowhunter.
