The full Moon went out
There, high in the immense sky, was the full moon, round as a plate and bright as a light bulb.
Every night, there it was, it seemed that it didn't want to change, although the stars told it that it should rest.
The moon, round and capricious, was trying hard to shine, and from doing so, her chubby cheeks turned red.
Smoke came out of his nose, and the stars laughed, they all said to each other, that the capricious moon did not change because she was vain.
One night, when the sky became dark, only the stars arrived, the moon, a full moon, in such a bad mood, had become so skinny that it only shone around her.
There in the dark night, silent and calm, the twisted stars laughed at the little moon. Laughter and poking and prodding, the stars gave each other, as they collided with each other at the sight of their foolish friend crying.
Taking pity on her, the oldest star spoke to her, "Oh moon, oh moon, how many times have I not told you, that it has four phases, to give you splendor".
Today you are new, that's why you almost don't shine, but don't cry, because even though they don't see you, it doesn't mean that you are not".
"Then you will be growing, and they will buy you with a banana, bright and tasty, you will shine in the sky".
"It will be less, for you to shine in totality, you will become waning, and you will be almost ready".
"At the end you will be full, just as you like to be, bright and round, you will illuminate the sky".
"Don't cry anymore new moon, you will grow as a child, don't forget any of your steps, because when they don't see you they will miss you, however you already know, that from the sky you will always watch and while you don't shine, the stars will help you".
The moon already calmed, behind the stars hid, and looking at the earth, she saw me proudly, as I was looking for her.
