Querida,
Amanecí con una fortaleza tal, que decidí escribirte. No es sencillo poner palabras en estos días sobre un papel y en especial, cuando en estos tiempos permanecemos el ochenta por ciento (80 %) de nuestra rutina diaria pegados a una pantalla de celular, que nos convierten en poetas de emojis y abreviaturas. Sin embargo, quiero hacer un esfuerzo para conectarme contigo desde lo más profundo de mi ser, mostrándote lo mucho que significas para mí.
Quisiera invitarte a que des un paseo conmigo por las calles de esta ciudad que tanto amamos, esos laberintos de casas y rascacielos quienes inocentemente acogieron nuestras vivencias llenas de historias. Imagina el soplar de la brisa revoloteando tu larga cabellera, mientras los ecos zigzagueantes del tráfico nos acobija como dos ignorantes protagonista en pleno campos sin fronteras.
Sabes que, además tu risa me fascina. Lo afirmo porque es como una canción inesperada en medio de un día rutinario, algo que ilumina y transforma. Si pudiera, lo cogería con un frasco para llevarlo siempre conmigo. Cada vez que cierro los ojos puedo verte, con esa energía que te envuelve, asegurando que no hay nadie como tú.
No soy perfecto ni pretendo serlo. Tengo mis días de caos, dudas y temores, pero contigo me siento valiente. Quizás eso es la vida, encontrar a alguien que vea tus imperfecciones y aun así decida quedarse. Y quiero quedarme contigo, explorando cada posibilidad, sueño y deseo.
Los tiempos modernos nos ha dotado de la capacidad de comunicarnos en tiempo real, pero nada puede igualar la gracia de una carta escrita a mano, ni siquiera si ésta se crea en formato digital. Aquí está mi manera de decirte que pienso en ti, adaptado a los cambios que tal vez tú conoces muy bien, entiende que te admiro profundamente, y quiero tener la oportunidad de conocerte sin el filtro de pantallas ni perfiles de redes sociales.
Estas líneas escritas con el corazón podrán ser el motivo para llegar hasta ti y que en ellas te den el reflejo claro de lo que siento: el calor de mi afecto, la sinceridad de mis emociones.

I woke up with such strength that I decided to write to you. It’s not easy to put words on paper these days, especially when we spend eighty percent (80%) of our daily routine glued to a cell phone screen, turning us into poets of emojis and abbreviations. However, I want to make an effort to connect with you from the depths of my being, showing you how much you mean to me.
I’d like to invite you for a walk through the streets of this city we love so much, those labyrinths of houses and skyscrapers that innocently embraced our lives full of stories. Imagine the breeze tousling your long hair while the zigzagging echoes of traffic envelop us like two blissful protagonists in a borderless field.
You know, your laughter fascinates me. I say this because it’s like an unexpected song in the middle of a routine day, something that illuminates and transforms. If I could, I’d capture it in a jar to carry with me always. Every time I close my eyes, I can see you, with that energy surrounding you, assuring me that there is no one like you.
I am not perfect, nor do I pretend to be. I have my days of chaos, doubts, and fears, but with you, I feel brave. Perhaps that’s what life is about, finding someone who sees your imperfections and still chooses to stay. And I want to stay with you, exploring every possibility, dream, and desire.
Modern times have given us the ability to communicate in real-time, but nothing can match the charm of a handwritten letter, even if it’s created in digital format. Here is my way of telling you that I think of you, adapted to the changes you may know very well. Understand that I admire you deeply and want the opportunity to know you without the filter of screens and social media profiles.
These lines written from the heart might be the reason to reach you and reflect clearly what I feel: the warmth of my affection, the sincerity of my emotions.
