Coping with anxiety

Today we are full of problems. There are so many problems that people feel overwhelmed. In some cases it is not even because of money; it is rather because of daily life. We are observing how simultaneously problems are happening that overwhelm us: wars, economic problems, illnesses.
And it is on this last point where I want to reflect with the readers of this post, on how to cope with the anxiety produced by the social isolation caused by this pandemic.
This virus of about 400 nanometers in size, invisible to the naked eye, has turned the planet upside down and transformed the world system. Many have lost their jobs and others are facing economic problems due to the death of family members victimized by COVID-19.

I want to tell you for example what is happening here in Venezuela, because this pandemic has caused the death of many people, but in other cases, feeling isolated, for whatever reason, some have ended up committing suicide.
Here in Venezuela it is common to use rope for this sad outcome. I attach an image of a news item from a regional newspaper in which this type of situation has occurred.

We know it must be hard to feel isolated, but it is better to seek professional help because isolating ourselves will be worse, perhaps because we think that they will not have time to listen to us

Perhaps we do not know how many more will die, victim of the coronavirus or victim of the isolation that has caused this terrible disease and despite the fact that work is being done to obtain the vaccine to put an end to this madness, what outrages me most is to see people in the street without a mouthpiece, being that the main weapon against the coronavirus (prevention).
