Happy Wednesday my dear reading lovers, I haven't been here for some time, the reason, I kept the book I am sharing with you so well that I couldn't find it anywhere, hahaha, that's because I kept it in a hurry and didn't notice where I was putting things.

As I have already been commenting with you this author shares in each of the chapters of this work, his experiences, most or almost all of them sprinkled with jocularity, but this time Francisco Antonio Barrientos Ch, brings a very serious topic that has given much to talk about and which in my humble opinion, has given a very bad reputation to the great man of America: Simon Bolivar.

For those who do not know Simón Bolívar, I will tell you something briefly, he was a Venezuelan man, rich, very rich, who decided to get rid of everything he had and liberate not only his country, he liberated five countries Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama and Venezuela, he is also known more commonly as "The Liberator" if you want to know more about him, here I leave you a direct link to a page with his biography.

Now back to the book and the subject of this chapter entitled "Cult to Bolivar" I thought this would be about some religious cults that are dedicated to some characters, but to my surprise, although it had a little of this, very little actually, the author was dedicated to express his opinion very accurate, about the current cult to the Liberator that beyond being something religious has become something political, But when this great man who did so much, not only for his country but also for the continent, is not really given the value and place he deserves, it becomes a mockery and as I pointed out, it has brought as a consequence that when naming Bolivar or any related word such as Bolivariana, many people have a deep rejection towards him and everything that has to do with his name.

Now, in all the countries that "The Liberator" made independent there is at least one Bolivar Square, in the case of Venezuela each city has one, but the author points out that the one in his city is in very bad conditions, something that does honor to a man who gave so much and that even though he had a lot of work to do, he was able to give so much, who gave so much and that even having as I have already pointed out since his birth an outstanding economic and social position, he ended up in absolute poverty and even with borrowed clothes, for all that this man did and was, the author gives some ideas of how a great square could be erected for the Spanish American hero par excellence.

Thus, a particularly short chapter, but full of respect for a man as great as Simón Bolívar was, calls for reflection to those of us who are Venezuelans as he was, since this man was known for his great qualities to which two paragraphs are dedicated to highlight them. Particularly as a Venezuelan I totally agree with the words written in this chapter when it states that Simón Bolívar more than a cult deserves respect, respect for everything he did and all his qualities, which made him an unequaled man so far.

Finally, this chapter expresses in a few lines the opinion of the author, with which many Venezuelans agree and with the best arguments, now I say goodbye hoping that this publication will inspire you to leave me a few lines in the comments box.

Feliz miércoles mis queridos amantes de la lectura, algún tiempo sin pasar por acá, la razón, guarde tan bien el libro que estoy compartiendo con ustedes que no lo encontraba por ninguna parte, jajaja, eso por guardar apurada y no fijarme donde estaba poniendo las cosas.

Como ya he venido comentando con ustedes este autor comparte en cada uno de los capítulos de esa obra, sus vivencias, la mayoría o casi todas salpicadas de jocosidad, pero en esta oportunidad Francisco Antonio Barrientos Ch, trae un tema bastante serio que ha dado mucho de que hablar y el cual en mi humilde opinión, le ha dado muy mala fama al grande de América: Simón Bolívar.

Para quienes no conozcan a Simón Bolívar les comento algo brevemente, fue un hombre venezolano, rico, muy rico, quien decidió despojarse de todo lo que tenía y liberar no solo a su país, liberto a cinco países Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Panamá y Venezuela, también se le conoce mas comúnmente como “El Libertador” si deseas conocer mas de él, por acá te dejo un enlace directo a una página con su biografía.

Ahora volviendo al libro y al tema de este capítulo titulado “Culto a Bolívar” creí que este versaría sobre algunos los cultos religiosos que se dedican a algunos personajes, pero para mi sorpresa, aunque tenía un poco de esto, muy poco en realidad, el autor se dedicó a plasmar su opinión muy acertada, sobre el culto actual al Libertador que más allá de ser algo religioso se ha transformado en algo político, cosa que hasta cierto punto no esta mal, pero cuando realmente no se le da el valor y lugar a este gran hombre que tanto hizo, no solo por su país sino también por el continente, se convierte en una burla al mismo y como señale ha traído como consecuencia que al nombrar a Bolívar o cualquier palabras relacionada como por ejemplo bolivariana, muchas personas tengan un profundo rechazo hacia él y a todo lo que tenga que ver con su nombre.

Ahora bien, en todos los países que “El Libertador” independizo hay al menos una plaza Bolívar, en el caso de Venezuela cada ciudad tiene una, pero el autor destaca que la de su ciudad está en pésimas condiciones, cosa que para nada le hace honor a un hombre, que tanto entrego y que aun teniendo como ya señale desde su naciendo una destacada posición económica y social, termino en la absoluta pobreza y hasta con ropa prestada, por todo lo que este hombre hizo y fue, el autor da alguna ideas de cómo podría erigirse una gran plaza para el prócer hispanoamericano por excelencia.

Así, capitulo particularmente corto, pero lleno de respeto hacia un hombre tan grande como lo fue Simón Bolívar, llama a la reflexión a quienes somos venezolanos como él lo fue, ya que este hombre fue conocido por sus grandes cualidades a las cuales dedican dos párrafos para destacarlas. Particularmente como venezolana estoy totalmente de acuerdo con las palabras escritas en este capítulo cuando plantea que Simón Bolívar mas que un culto merece respeto, respeto a todo lo que hizo y todas sus cualidades, que lo hicieron un hombre inigualable hasta el momento.

Finalmente, este capitulo, expresa en pocas líneas la opinión del autor, con la que muchos venezolanos estamos de acuerdo y con los mejores argumentos, ahora me despido esperando que esta publicación les inspire a dejarme unas líneas en el cajón de comentarios.
