El día de hoy quiero venir hablarles sobre un libro (o mini relato) la cual le sigue a el primer libro de los Habitantes del Aire (o sea El Príncipe Cruel) el relato es The Lost Sister y nos cuenta la perspectiva de Taryn quien es la hermana gemela de Jude, quiero decir que estoy ofendida asi que estoy tiene SPOILERS.
Hello dear Hive community, I hope you are doing well. Today I want to tell you about a book (or mini story) which follows the first book of the Inhabitants of the Air (or The Cruel Prince) the story is The Lost Sister and tells us the perspective of Taryn who is the twin sister of Jude, I want to say that I am offended so this has SPOILERS.
Quiero aclarar que esto es algo breve, la historia no tiene más de 50 páginas y lo que hace es contarnos desde la perspectiva de otro personaje lo que le sucedió a Jude, ya que el libro está narrado en primera persona y por eso solo vemos lo que piensa la otra, lo que me indigna es que creo que crean estos extras para poder revindicar ciertas acciones de x personajes y lo que hacen es que te caigan peor.
I want to clarify that this is something brief, the story is no more than 50 pages long and what it does is tell us from the perspective of another character what happened to Jude, since the book is narrated in first person and that's why we only see what the other one thinks, what makes me indignant is that I think they create these extras to be able to vindicate certain actions of x characters and what they do is make you like them worse.
Taryn como dije en la reseña del Principe Cruel fue el personaje que menos me simpatizo ya que tuvo varias acciones muy cuestionables en la historia y en este relato nos tratan ver porque realizo lo que hizo pero saben, me hacen sentir más desprecio por ella porque Jude había sido su mejor amiga y es su hermana y la manera que relata que todo lo hizo por amor y miedo da coraje.
Taryn as I said in the Cruel Prince review was the character I liked the least because she had several very questionable actions in the story and in this story we are treated to see why she did what she did but you know, it makes me feel more contempt for her because Jude had been her best friend and is her sister and the way she relates that she did everything out of love and fear gives courage.
La dos fueron criadas en un mundo donde no pertenecen pero han tenido que hacer cosas (diferentes) para poder sobrevivir, pero algo que tiene Jude es que nunca ha hecho algo como para lastimar a su hermana (no cuenta lo del enfrentamiento de espadas je) y realmente todas las humillaciones que recibieron fueron por culpa de Taryn, sin eso las hubieran dejado quietas y ella solo le da coraje es que su hermana si tenga pantalones y a mí me da coraje que a pesar de todo, le tenga envidia.
They were both raised in a world where they don't belong but they have had to do (different) things to survive, but one thing about Jude is that she has never done anything to hurt her sister (not counting the sword fight heh) and really all the humiliations they received were because of Taryn, without that they would have left them alone and she is just angry that her sister has pants and I am angry that despite everything, she is envious of her.
Bueno en conclusión, este mini relato es muy saltable, no tiene ninguna influencia a el siguiente libro y es algo que no debería existir porque solo sirve para enojarte más, no me gusta Taryn y esta relato me recalco que no es buena persona, fin.
Well in conclusion, this mini story is very skippable, it has no influence to the next book and is something that should not exist because it only serves to make you angrier, I don't like Taryn and this story emphasized to me that she is not a good person, end of story.
