This community is a niche for book readers. In my youth in high school they used to send me to read novels by different authors; Rómulo Gallegos, Gabriel García Márquez, among other important writers. Books like Doña Barbara, One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Iliad, Juan Salvador Gavota, Popol Vuh, The Odyssey, Don Quixote of La Mancha, Memoirs of Mama Blanca, Maria and many others that escape my mind.
Why read so many books? Simply because reading awakens creativity and develops the art of reading and writing. Through reading we were taught to establish analogies between different literary resources and their use.
Esta comunidad es un nicho para lectores de libros. Antes en mi juventud en el colegio a nivel de secundaria mandaban a leer novelas de diversos autores.; Rómulo Gallegos, Gabriel García Márquez, entre otros escritores importantes. Libros como Doña Bárbara, Cien Años de Soledad, La Ilíada, Juan Salvador Gavota, Popol Vuh, La Odisea, Don Quijote de la Mancha, Memorias de Mamá Blanca, María y muchas otras que escapan de mi mente.
¿Por qué leer tantos libros? Simplemente porque la lectura despierta la creatividad y desarrolla el arte de leer y escribir. Mediante la lectura nos enseñaban a establecer analogías entre los distintos recursos literarios y su uso.

There was a time when I read motivational books by authors such as Paulo Coelho, Walter Riso and Wayne Dyer. The book Your Erroneous Zones by Wayne Dyer was the one that filled my interest the most; this book made me understand some aspects of my inner self and of life itself, I was amazed with this reading. However, I think that with the advent of the Computer Age, books were relegated to the background by the computer and the internet, in which we can read all kinds of information and download readings of books that are in physical form.
Not all motivational books I like, novels like Doña Bárbara and Cien Años de Soledad fascinate me. Doña Bárbara has been produced as a drama novel and long ago as a movie, I think around the 1940s, starring Mexican actress María Félix.
Hubo una época en la que leí libros de motivación de autores como Paulo Coelho, Walter Riso y Wayne Dyer. El libro Tus Zonas Erróneas de Wayne Dyer fue el que más llenó mi interés; este libro logró que yo comprendiera algunos aspectos en mi interior y de la vida misma, quedé maravillada con estea lectura. Sin embargo pienso que con la llegada de la Era de la Informática, los libros fueron relegados a un segundo plano por la computadora y el internet, en la cual podemos leer todo tipo de información y descargar lecturas de libros que se hallan en físico.
No todos los libros de motivación me gustan, las novelas como Doña Bárbara y Cien Años de Soledad me fascinan. Doña Bárbara ha sido producida como drama de novela y hace tiempo como película, creo que por la década de los 40, protagonizada por la actriz mexicana María Félix.

Currently, I don't have favorite books as such; I read whatever provokes me and catches my attention. What I can say for sure is that I don't read motivational books, but the Bible is the only book that has been able to fill my inner self and, mind you, I'm not one to beat my chest, nor do I spend my time in a church. I read the Bible because I consider that it gives us many teachings that are useful for the day to day and not to go crazy with this world crisis, this book fills me with a lot of peace.
