Genre: Adventure, historical fiction

Review on the book
For 28 years Robinson had been trapped on an island after the wreck of a ship. For the first few weeks on the lonely island, he got to feed mainly on the food stuffs which he got from the wrecked ship.
He tried all he could to get himself out of the island, but nothing seems to be working for him. For days, weeks and months, no sign, no hope, nothing he could do again.
He knew it wasn't going to be easy for him to leave the island just like that. So in order not to waste his little strength trying to get out, he decided to build for himself a small house and began to hunt for animals, find and gathered food, fruits, planted a lot of crops, and a lot of other things just to survive.
One good thing about this book is the fact that it's an adventure type of writing of all sorts, ranging from pirates, cannibals, shipwreck and lots more.
Life was truly unfair to him, like he is paying for something he did in the past. After more than 19 years, in his 20th years on the island, he began to see a clear footprints of a human being.
What he saw were footprints of cannibals, who came to do some dirty job on the island.
Robinson fought the cannibals to save Friday.
Robinson was walking towards his boat one faithful morning when he began to see human footprints. He was so surprised. He knew he was the only person on the island.
He followed the prints and got to a point where he could clearly see these cannibals trying to kill somebody.
They brought with them a normal human being to be executed.
He was so brave. He struggled to save Friday and killed the cannibals.
After the fight with the cannibals, he took Friday to his house and lived with him for almost 8 years before they finally escaped when a ship of mutineers sailed to their island.
They managed to help the captain take back control of his ship. They sailed to England on December 19, 1686, after solids 28 years, 2 months, and 19 days on the lonely island.
It has never been easy for him. He arrived back in England and continued his live after he was 35 years of age, pathetic.
Lonely existence
It was very bad for him. Got to the island when he was just below 20, now he is coming back, 35years. He lived there for years with no companionship and finally, survived and went back to his country, England.
Robinson was able to create his own reality, living in it with hardship and lots more of "bad times."
