Hella! Hivers hope you are doing well.
If we wanna change our life we're often told that we need to think big, make drastic changes but what if we can achieve big transformations through small changes?
So the book which I have recently read ATOMIC HABITS is all about this. The power of small repetitive changes that can lead to big life altering outcomes. It teaches us the process of building good habits and breaking bad ones. It has simple and practical implications backed by science.

Here are my 3 major takeaways from the book
1.The 1% rule
It tells us that if we get 1% better everyday for 1 year, we will end up getting 37% better at the end of year, but if we do the opposite we will go down to 0. Focus on getting better everyday
2.Screw goals focus on systems
Winners and loosers have same goals but what makes difference in this is the system you follow. If you work on small improvements everyday you are the winner.
3.The 4 laws of behavior change
This is basically the process of forming habits.

I advise everyone reading this to read this book because
Habits are not a finish line to cross but a system to live
See you next time with another post. Till then bye, take care💜
