Esta es la versión adaptada a libro de uno de sus cortometrajes animados. Hace poco empecé a ver su filmografía y también me gustaría consumir sus mangas y demás. Por lo pronto les voy a hablar de esta lectura.
This is the book version of one of his animated shorts. I recently started watching his filmography and I would also like to consume his manga and so on. For now I'm going to tell you about this reading.
Ella y su gato nos narra cuatro historias con 4 gatos diferentes y sus dueñas que se van a ir entrelazando entre sí. En cada una de ellas nos narran las aventuras de estos gatos y el vínculo que fueron formando con ellas hasta que sea difícil discernir quién le cambió la vida a quién. Un libro con un mensaje muy lindo sobre segundas oportunidades.
She and her cat tells us four stories with four different cats and their owners that will be intertwined with each other. In each of them we are told the adventures of these cats and the bond they formed with them until it is difficult to discern who changed the lives of whom. A book with a very nice message about second chances.
Decir que me encantó este libro es quedarse corto. Ustedes saben que está clase de lecturas son mi debilidad. Me gusta la literatura asiática porque es muy filosófica, reflexiva y mística. Ellos tienen sus propias creencias y son bastantes espirituales.
To say I loved this book is an understatement. You know that this kind of reading is my weakness. I like Asian literature because it is very philosophical, reflective and mystical. They have their own beliefs and are quite spiritual.
El libro tiene cuatro partes y, a su vez, esas partes están divididas en capítulos. Cada parte es sobre la historia de un gato y su dueña y en cada capítulo podemos ir viendo cómo avanza su relación. Además, la historia tiene los dos puntos de vista, el de la dueña y el del gato. Adoro los libros donde nos permiten conocer la perspectiva del animal. Es interesante meterse un rato en su cabeza. Lo más gracioso es que puedo imaginarlos totalmente teniendo esa clase de pensamientos.
The book has four parts and, in turn, these parts are divided into chapters. Each part is about the story of a cat and its owner and in each chapter we can see how their relationship progresses. In addition, the story has both points of view, that of the owner and that of the cat. I love books where we get to know the animal's perspective. It's interesting to get inside their head for a while. The funniest thing is that I can totally imagine them having those kinds of thoughts.
El libro es corto, es rápido de leer, los capítulos también son cortos. Me logró atrapar al instante. Me gustaron las 4 historias, unas fueron bastante tristes y otras no tanto. También me agrado que pudimos tener destellos de los demás protagonistas porque ellos se van a ir conociendo entre sí y de allí van a salir nuevos vínculos. Es como continuar la historia de cada uno.
The book is short, it's quick to read, the chapters are also short. It managed to grab me instantly. I liked the 4 stories, some were quite sad and others not so much. I also liked that we could have glimpses of the other main characters because they will get to know each other and from there new bonds will emerge. It's like continuing each one's story.
Es un libro muy bueno, te hace pensar en la vida y en las cosas que damos por sentado. También hay un perro que es el encargado de repartir sabiduría a la historia. Siempre hay un sabio en este tipo de literatura asiática.
It's a very good book, it makes you think about life and the things we take for granted. There is also a dog who is in charge of delivering wisdom to the story. There is always a sage in this kind of Asian literature.
Particularmente adoré mucho la última historia, la de Shino y Kuro. Espero que se den la oportunidad de leer este libro.
