One of the things that humans have always fascinated about as been about the future because people have always tried to predict what is going to happen in the future and that has been reflected in the human nature since centuries and that have been a lot of books and movie is that reflect the thought of the writer and their fantasies in which they think the future world is going to be looking like as well as all the things are going to change in the world that is about to become in the next few years and there are a lot of such examples in terms of movies and books.
Over the years that have been a lot of fascination and people do actually like this category of content and therefore there have been a lot of publications over the years but one of them which got a lot of things ride is differently something that has got a lot of attention and it is a very old book that is 'Nineteen Eighty Four' by George Orwell. A very interesting fact about this book is that it was published way before 1984 as well, and it was done in the year of 1949 itself.
The book is all about a future where the world is going to be run by a government and everything will be kept under strong supervision and all of the things that is been done has to be done as per the set of rules that the government is going to be placing and there will be a lot of manipulation of the truth and propaganda is going to be something that will have a normal importance in the society. It is showing a dystopian world in which the citizens of the world are under absolute control by the government itself, and there have been a lot of such things that were mentioned in the book, which have turned out to be the reality in our modern world.
One of the biggest similarities has to be about the surveillance culture that was highlighted in the book itself where it was repeatedly mentioned that the big brother is watching you which is very hard not to relate with the modern days world today because there are surveillance cameras that are exactly available at almost everything will corner of our streets and that is going to be something that is going to be tracking our movements and apart from that there are a lot of other things which is used to track our daily life which involves our locations as well as the things we do and even the conversation and all of these days getting collected by the government in one way or the other.
All of this data is also used by big companies to be providing us the things that are going to be more relevant as per our behaviour and that is very much visible in the advertising which is been done in the modern days and all of days is a very big invasion of the privacy that has been done just for the convenience of getting better deals or something that is going to be providing a lot more other things as well but this thing is very much familiar to what it was mentioned in the book as well.
Another very big similarity in the Book has to be about the Wars that are always going on among the superpowers in the world and that was something which had no clear reasons and the outcomes that came out of those battles is also something that never was clear and that is something that is very much relatable in the modern world is well because the global level war that are going on that is going on in different aspect which can be in the financial aspect or even in the military way it is something that is going on forever among the superpowers of the world and there is definitely something that is not going to be a very good outcome that has ever come and it is just going on now and then as well as we listen in the news as well it is something that is just getting on an on because of different trees and now and then.
There has been many more similarities that are existing in that book by George but definitely he was someone who was not trying to predict the future but surely was trying to warn us about what might happen if there are a lot of patterns which are something that do keep on happening every now on then and he was trying to just think of the way which it can be what his vison holds in the future and that is something which we can see in the present day as well because there have been a lot of things which have been the reality.
