Long time no being around here, I'm glad back and with something in hand to recommend. There are some kind of stories, that you are not really sure about why you even decided to read it in first place, because you think you're not going to connect with but then the story takes you by the heart and you cannot resist another page or another chapter.

It is narrated in first person by its main characters (Pike and Jordan) being jordan the main narrator until certain point of the story. This is a contemporary romance book and it deals with a topic in the grays of society (age gaps in relationships among other specific facts).
How do I feel about the story? I really like the story against all odds. I like the character construction and even the whole story is in the middle of a gray in society morals and ethic, I think the author knew how to handle the topic properly, without making it look as a completly depravity. Even, in some point the story has some spicy moments (+18 moments), this moments start to decreasing while the story starts to advance to the main issue. I love how bit by bit the story that gives a vibes of a book about spicy moments ends up as a love story. It not only shows us carnal love but familiar too. And it is coupled with a prose really easy to process so it is easy go from chapter to chapter without noticing how fast are you reading.
Finally, Do I recommend this book? If you're into romance story with some spicy moments here and there, then you can enjoy this story. And if you're going through a break-up with a man/woman that gave you a bad experience, then you can connect with Jordan so you're gonna live better the story. Este es un libro de romance contemporáneo y trata un tema en los grises de la sociedad (las diferencias de edad en las relaciones, entre otros hechos específicos).
¿Cómo me siento con la historia? Me gusta mucho la historia contra todo pronóstico. Me gusta la construcción de los personajes e incluso toda la historia está en medio de un gris en la moral y la ética de la sociedad, creo que el autor supo manejar el tema adecuadamente, sin que parezca una depravación total. Incluso, en algún punto la historia tiene algunos momentos picantes (+18 momentos), estos momentos van disminuyendo a medida que la historia va avanzando al tema principal. Me encanta cómo poco a poco la historia que da aires de libro de momentos picantes acaba convirtiéndose en una historia de amor. No sólo nos muestra el amor carnal sino también familiar. Y se combina con una prosa realmente fácil de procesar, por lo que es fácil pasar de un capítulo a otro sin darte cuenta de lo rápido que estás leyendo.
Finalmente, ¿Recomiendo este libro? Si te gustan las historias románticas con algunos momentos picantes aquí y allá, entonces puedes disfrutar de esta historia. Y si estás pasando por una ruptura con un hombre/mujer que te dio una mala experiencia, entonces puedes conectarte con Jordan para vivir mejor la historia.
