A few months ago, I started to collect books related to self-improvement. I thought at first that buying books was a form of liability. But right now, I thought it as my greatest investment that every people needs to know. For my readers who wants to see my collection, I showed it in my past blog. I hope you check this out.
Reading doesn't only help me to entertain back through those days I was not yet busy. I can still read, but not before I can read an average of more than eight pages. This activity also able me to utilize some of the author's pieces of advice that aid me to be a better person. Therefore, if I have spare time to read like today, I would not hesitate to grab that chance. So far, I'm currently reading again a book related to habits. Meanwhile, this book aids me in dealing with life and reality.
Disclaimer: This blog contains some snippets as I formed this as my reflection.
At first, I wonder how it feels to be rich. My mind always speaks that if we're financially stable, I think I could buy whenever I like, and I would also be able to provide the necessities for my family. But you know, do you think that all of their problems can be solved by money? I'm sure that all of you know the answer.
There have some instances we feel bad if we encounter problems. Am I right? Do you believe this world would attain happiness if problems had not existed in our life? That's what I thought before, as I was already problematic every time I experienced obstacles. But according to him, happiness comes from solving problems. Problems are always present in situations, no matter your hierarchy in society. It only depends on you how you will handle it.
Speaking of choices, I remember from him that we always select in forming decisions. Your concerns exist in the first place because you opted to select them. According to Manson, we are always responsible for our actions. If you choose that option because you comprehend it is for the best, it doesn't mean that you are already safe with your choices. Whatever you choose is still associated with your problems, and you are responsible for doing it.
In some instances, many people reprimand their troubles because they are supposed to escape the obligation they selected. Fault is past tense. Responsibility is present tense. By the way, are you reaching with those illustrations? For instance, you failed your exam and blamed your friend because he encouraged you to spend time on other things. From the book, those accusations defined the author himself as a victimhood chic which means you will experience more problems.
It also discussed the concept of growth, fault, certainties, and improvements that are still related to problems. You can read this if you can finally get a chance to read the hard copy. His principle about moving on from failures is my favorite among the different series of direct-to-the-point pieces of advice he discussed. It has had a massive impact on my life, which helps me to return here for good.
I bet all of us encounter letdowns. But this principle helps me to love what I do without being much affected by them. I consider this book my savior in blogging since I don't know if my Reputation will reach 58 than sticking with a 45 Reputation. Thank you to those who helped me be appreciated compared to before.
Now that this blog makes sense. My happiness is making money, and I am responsible for creating it because I choose to earn rather than do nothing. But sometimes, it's unavoidable to face failures because it's your obligation. Others might say I should not pursue what I like as it triggers stress. But in my perspective, I chose this track since I chose this as a good problem than relying upon the bad one.
