The quality of the book is top notch, it will improve aspects in your life, you didn't believe will improve, it will also give you knowledge that will connect you to other books like atomic habits by James Clear (My new found book from hivebookclub that am reading expect a notice soon), not only that it helps in general connect to life and also boost your confidence, I really recommend to christians and non-christians, it will do you good. I don't really know if there is a spanish version, so bear with me spanish readers 😥.
