The time of golden autumn has come. October is special. It is a real beauty when the world around us is preparing for winter rest. We also spend more time at home, wrapping ourselves in cosy blankets and picking up our favourite book.
I don't know about you, but books have always saved me from the autumn blues. It's so nice to sit in a warm room, immersed in an interesting story, drink a delicious hot drink and listen to the whisper of autumn outside the window.
As it turned out, you can spend your time like this on an autumn evening not only at home. There is a wonderful coffee shop in Kyiv that serves books in addition to traditional espresso and cappuccino. That's right, because it's not just a coffee shop, but a real reading room.

Не знаю як ви, а мене завжди від осінньої депресії рятували книги. Це так приємно - сидіти в теплій кімнаті, занурившись в цікаву розповідь, пити смачний гарячий напій та слухати шепіт осені за вікном.
Як виявилося проводити так свій час осіннього вечора можна не лише вдома. В Києві є прекрасна кав'ярня, в якій крім традиційних еспресо та капучино відвідувачам подають книги. Саме так, адже це не просто кав'ярня, а справжня читальня.

From the first minutes, the bookshop-coffee shop fascinates with its extraordinary atmosphere and the smell of coffee mixed with the aroma of books. The whole interior resembles the home library of an old intellectual: retro furniture, decor, interior items and even soft music. No wonder it is one of the favourite places for young poets and writers. They often hold literary evenings and poetry readings here.
Each visitor can take a book from the shelf and read while drinking a delicious drink. Everyone chooses a place for their immersion in literature: a cosy soft armchair or a rocking chair, a sofa or an exquisite carved chair...
This is how you can spend a pleasant cold autumn evening with an interesting book and a cup of hot chocolate, when everything around you is breathing with literature and the press.
В столиці України не один такий заклад. Та сьогодні хочу розповісти про "Купідон". Це справжній рай для "книжкового черв'яка". Книгарня-кав'ярня з перших хвилин зачаровує своєю надзвичацною атмосферою та запахом кави змішаним з ароматом книг. Тут так атмосферно! Весь інтер'єр нагадує домашню бібліотеку старого інтелегента: ретро меблі, декор, предмети інтер'єру та навіть тиха музика. Не дивно, що це одне з найулюбленіших місць молодих поетів та письменників. Вони тут часто проводять літературні вечори, поетичні читання.
Кожен відвідувач може взяти книгу з полиці та почитати, попиваючи смачний напій. Місце для свого занурення в літературу обирає кожен сам: затишне м'яке крісло чи крісло-гойдалка, диван чи вишуканий різьблений стілець...
Ось так можна приємно провести холодний осінній вечір, маючи в руках цікаву книгу та чашку гарячого шоколаду, коли навколо все "дихає" літературою та презією.
