What if I tell you that there is a comic book that breaks every boundary, be it the boundary of good taste or the boundary of decency, and yet it is consistent in its actions and the plot follows a certain course.
If you feel disgusted, distasteful and appalled, it's no wonder because I felt the same way.
There are a lot of comics that tell different extraordinary stories, but there is always this thin line between normality and pure insanity.
The other side was taken by the Prison Pit comic book, whose grotesque artwork and shocking scenes are almost repulsive, but at the same time give a whiff of the 90s.
The plot is... peculiar, revolving around the titular Pit, who is a prisoner on a mysterious ship. One day he is to be dumped on a planet where he will die.
Our main character, however, will not give up easily.
When he lands on the planet he has to fight many battles including one with a Nazi psychopath without genitals.
The comic is extremely violent, but if I mean extremely, I mean that every scene is exaggerated to the point that it is hard to keep up with what we are watching.
The comic book consists of 6 volumes and each is a continuation of the previous one, and the main theme is revenge of our hero on the one who wanted him dead. Each comic wants to go even crazier than the last. It shocks, but it's a shock that works only at the beginning, with time reading it we don't pay attention to the next waves of bloodshed or bizarre scenes.
6 volumes, which in some places are forcefully created, where you can see that there was no concrete outline to pull the story, and this in addition to crazy scenes are also repetitions, which unfortunately destroy the concept of the outline.
The created world itself resembles a little the one from Adventure Time with the difference that here everything is more crazy and bloody.
Is it a good comic book?
No
Would it be better with all the brutality?
Probably yes.
The main character himself goes through a metamorphosis over these few volumes.
You can also feel the atmosphere of the Lobo comic books, except that there was a thin line of decency, while here we get, well, pulp, which is often hard to chew with the content that the author is trying to serve us.
The comic itself is black and white and thanks to this we feel a little bit better that there is no red sweat or other liquids directly on the pages of the comic
The comic is a wet dream of a 13 year old with the main character looking a bit like a wrestler and having very strange adventures which are sometimes even disgusting.
In the end, the comic ends on a positive note, although somewhat surprisingly.
It's hard for me to recommend this comic book because it's a pure crapshoot with a less than intelligent plot that contradicts itself in places.
As an entertainment which is supposed to discourage readers from comic books it is a perfect solution to give such a person such a comic book, otherwise a comic book fan will be disappointed that instead of an interesting plot he/she gets fancy bloody frames and many references to sexualization.
I understand that this was supposed to be the idea and each subsequent issue was supposed to raise the bar of craziness, but the plot suffers because of this and the reader feels lost and does not know whether the character in a given scene is dying or playing with the enemy.
It's a pity about the comic, I was expecting an intriguing little crazy punk story and what I got was a bunch of brutality which is hard to call well done. It's hard to make a hardcore comic book, because it's not enough to show genitals and a ton of blood and gore, but it's also worth telling a good story. On the plus side, the world is similar to Adventure Time and here, it was asking to pull something more to give soil and more sense

For the world, and the story or rather the lack of it is unfortunately so bad that it is hard to find a scale.
Co jeśli powiem ci, ze istnieje komiks, który łamie każda granice, czy to dobrego smaku czy granice przyzwoitości, a pomimo to jest konsekwentna w działaniach a fabuła toczy się pewnym torem.
Jeśli czujesz obrzydzenie, niesmak oraz bulwersacje to nie dziwie się wcale gdyż czułem podobnie.
Jest wiele komiksów, które opowiadają różne niezwykle historie, jednak zawsze jest ta cienka granica między normalnością, a czystym szaleństwem.
Ta druga stronę przeszedł komiks Prison Pit, który groteskowa kreska oraz bulwersujące sceny wręcz odpychają, a jednocześnie dają powiew lat 90.
Fabularnie jest… specyficznie, fabuła toczy się wokół tytułowego Pita, który jest więźniem na tajemniczym statku. Pewnego dnia ma zostać wyrzucony na planetę gdzie zginie.
Jednak nasz główny bohater, nie da się łatwo.
Kiedy laduje na planecie musi starczyć wiele walk w tym z nazistwoskim psychopata bez genitaliów.
Komiks jest arcy brutalny, ale jeśli mam na myśli arcy to znaczy, ze każda scena jest przerysowana do bólu by nadać jej spotęgowanie do takiego stopnia, ze ciężko nam nadążyć co właśnie oglądamy.
Komiks składa się z 6 tomów i każdy jest kontynuacja poprzedniego, a motywem przewodnim jest zemsta naszego bohatera na tym który chciał jego śmierci. Każdy komiks chce iść w zaparte w tym, ze chce być jeszcze bardziej szalony od poprzedniego. Szokuje, ale to szokowanie, które działa tylko na początku, z czasem czytając to nie zwracamy na kolejna fale rozbryzgów krwi czy dziwacznych scen.
6 tomów, które miejscami są na sile tworzone gdzie widać, ze brakowało konkretnego zarysu by pociągnąć historie, a to prócz szalonych scen są tez powtórki, które niestety niszczą koncept zarysu.
Sam wykreowany świat przypomina trochę ten z Adventure Time z ta różnica, ze tutaj jest bardziej wszystko szalone i krwiste.
Czy to dobry komiks?

Czy wyciągając cała szatę brutalności byłby lepszy?

Sam główny bohater przez te kilka tomów przechodzi metamorfozy.
Czuć tutaj tez klimat z komiksów o Lobo, z tym wyjątkiem, ze tam była ta cienka granica przyzwoitości, tutaj zaś dostajemy, No właśnie papkę, która często ciężko przegryźć treścią jaka probuje nam autor zaserwować.
Sam komiks jest czarno biały i dzięki temu choć odrobine czujemy się lepiej, ze nie ma czerwonej posoki czy innych płynów wprost na kartach komiksu
Komiks to taki mokry sen 13 latka z napakowanym głównym bohaterem wyglądającym trochę jak wrestler i mający bardzo dziwne przygodę które miejscami są wręcz obrzydliwe.
Koniec końcu, komiks kończy się pozytywnie, choć w pewien sposób zaskakująco.
Ciężko mi polecić ten komiks bo to czysta rozwałka z mniej inteligentna fabuła, gdzie miejscami wręcz sama sobie przeczy.
Jako rozrywka, która ma zniechęcić czytelnika do komiksów to jest to idealne rozwiązanie dać takiej osobie właśnie taki komiks, w przeciwnym razie fan komiksów będzie zawiedziony, ze zamiast ciekawej fabuły dostaje wymyślne krwawe kadry oraz dużo odniesień do seksualizacji.
Rozumiem, ze taki miał być zamysł i każdy kolejny zeszyt miał podnosić poprzeczkę szaleństwa, ale fabuła przez to cierpi, a czytelnik czuje się zagubiony i nie wie czy bohater w danej scenie umiera czy bawi się z przeciwnikiem.
Szkoda komiksu, spodziewałem cię intrygującej trochę szalonej lekko punkowej historii, a dostałem zlepek brutalności, która ciężko nazwać dobrze poprowadzona. Zrobić hardcorowy komiks jest ciężko, bo nie wystarczy ukazać genitalia i tonę krwi i bluzgow, ale warto tez przestawić dobrze prosperująca historie. Na plus idzie świat podobny do Adventure Time i tutaj, aż się prosiło by pociągnąć coś bardziej nadać glebie i większy sens
