Hello Everyone, I hope everyone is well. Today I am going to share with you a thoughtful novel where the complexity of the human mind and real life events are discussed very beautifully. I hope you like it.
Book Summary
Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay Telescope is a thoughtful novel. Where he beautifully highlights the complexity of the human mind, philosophy of life and the uncertainty of real life. The central character of the story, Nurul Islam, is an ordinary person but his mental world is very deep and unstable. He finds the meaning of life, questions why people live in small incidents, why they suffer and whether love is really permanent or temporary.
In the novel, Nurul Islam is accompanied by some other characters who reflect both the grayness and light of his life. Wife, friends or people around them all create a realistic picture of life. Through which the author shows us the inner world of people very clearly, even from a distance.
My Opinion
After reading Durbeen, I felt that the author taught us to think. In this book, he has brought a kind of philosophical thought but the language is so simple that it is never difficult to understand.
Nurul Islam's character seemed very human to me. His inner confusion, doubt and sometimes silence. Everything can be found in the people around us. He is not a hero but a person whom we may see on the street every day but never see inside his mind.
The special aspect of this book is the depth of its thought. On the one hand, it highlights real life and on the other hand, it also talks about the philosophy of life and self-exploration. The author has very subtly shown that no matter how much a person wants others to see the world, in the end he has to look inside himself.
The simplicity of the language and the realism of the dialogue have set Durbeen apart from all other novels. The author can evoke feelings in small incidents that have a greater impact than any big incident. Reading this book, I felt that life is actually very simple, but people make it complicated without knowing it.
Binoculars is a novel that is not just written to be read but to be felt. It teaches us that no matter how much a person tries to understand others, the window to their own mind is the most difficult to open. There is no surprising plot in the story, but every dialogue and every thought forces the reader to look at their own life. This is a unique experience for those who like thoughtful stories.
Thanks you so much for reading. See you next :)
