Hola amigos de Hive. Me uno a la iniciativa presentada por la comunidad de #hivebookclub, donde podemos presentar el tema de la lectura en nuestros paises. Soy de Venezuela, un pais de America del sur. Nuestro idioma es el español, somos personas alegres y optimistas.

Soy un joven aficionado por los libros y la buena escritura, aunque sé que debo mejorar muchisimo. Siento que la lectura en mi pais no tiene el valor que deberia de tener para gran parte de los jóvenes. El mismo uso de la tecnologia, del internet y de otros medios de entretenimiento ha influido en disminuir la lectura en jóvenes y adultos.

La mayoria de los estudiantes tenemos acceso a mucha información, pero muchos de nosotros en Venezuela nos conformamos con copiar y pegar la informacion que leemos del internet, no nos dedicamos a investigar y lo más importante en aprender.
Sumado a esta gran realidad se encuentra tambien
la falta de políticas públicas que fomenten el hábito de leer, la escasez de libros y la difícil situación económica impiden el acceso a acudir a buenos libros.
A pesar de estas dificultades, todavía existen muchos venezolanos que son ávidos lectores y que encuentran en los libros una forma de enriquecer su mente, expandir su conocimiento y encontrar un espacio de escape en medio de una realidad difícil.
En cuanto a los temas de lectura preferidos por los venezolanos, se pueden identificar diversas facetas que van desde la política y la religión hasta el entretenimiento y las historias de ficción. Los lectores políticos suelen estar interesados en obras que aborden temas relacionados con la historia del país, las luchas sociales y luchas por la libertad. Los religiosos, por su parte, buscan libros que profundicen su fe y les permitan profundizar en su relación con Dios. Mientras tanto, aquellos que prefieren el entretenimiento suelen decantarse por novelas de aventuras, ciencia ficción, romance, etc. Por último, se encuentran aquellos lectores apasionados por las historias, quienes buscan en los libros una forma de vivir vidas ajenas a través de las páginas.
En particular los libros los jovenes venezolanos que nos dedicamos a leer, es más que mantener hábito, es poder escapar de muchas realidades, problemas y metas postergadas donde la realidad politica y economica han influido. Los libros son mi refugio.
Sin embargo, he podido evidenciar que por motivos de moda o influencia de tendencias; la lectura se está promoviendo. Asi que como diria el meme: Puedes cuestiornar mis métodos, pero no mis resultados.Podemos evidenciar que muchos adolescentes siguen esta tendencia, que en realidad aunque implictamente surge de la moda es una realidad positiva.
En definitiva, en Venezuela, la lectura es una actividad presente desde hace mucho tiempo, aunque hoy en día enfrenta grandes desafíos. No obstante, los que continúan cultivando este hábito encuentran en los libros una fuente de conocimiento y escape, independientemente de las temáticas que prefieran.
