VIRTUAL REALITY - Are we going to see a world like READY PLAYER ONE

Holy crap, that was a really fun movie. I han never seen Ready Player One. I always liked the idea of virtual reality, but never explored it much. So, when there are movies on the subject, I get excited! This one, slipped by me, I only watched it a couple of days ago!!!

It's again the same story as most action movies... Good guys, bad guys, fighting, compassion over evil, corruption. But there's that sort of Matrix concept, and that's what I thought was awesome about the movie. The visuals were really fun too.

It made em think of what the Metaverse can become. Once our machines (and grid) are strong enough to support the heavy video graphic load to support a few billion people using the 3D Metaverse at the same time, we will have a really really cool virtual reality world to play in. If that technology can move fast enough we may very well see exactly the same type of thing the movie showed!!!

Without thinking of all the negative things that can come from such a world, you have to admit, it would be a fun place to hang out in and do business... just keep it from becoming a Matrix horror show!

I loved the movie so much, when I found out there was a book, I got myself a copy to listen to from my library. As I thought, the book is full of details the movie skipped over. It a lot of fun, I'm not finished but I had to write about it right away to show my excitement about it.
