This book has come into my life occasionally, but....nothing happens without a reason, and all books that I needed in my life came to me just from nowhere.
Some days ago I heard about Wim Hof breathing method. I knew nothing about it and I started my research...
I read a lot of articles about him, and this book was just a diamond of my investigations.
Info about great potential of human body and consiousness was not new for me. I was studing this topic for many years, but the question of cold still was actual for me...I couldn't overcome my fear of it because it was a part of my since my childhood.
I was sick very often when I was a kid, and it always was conncected with cold somehow. My mother's fear came to me as well, and cold became my enemy for many years.
Some years ago I changed my diet and deleted many products from my ration, and my health became much better! But cold....I was still afraid of it...
